Business traveller 🧳. Prefer the location as it’s accessible to the airport

The room was good, the price is good

The location is incredible: there's a CVS right next door, grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. However, the hotel itself was quite old despite being decently clean. Out of the two rooms we got, we received a room that looked like it hadn't been updated in decades. There were dents in the bathroom door, the carpet was old and stained, and our front door had a handle that would leave the door open unless you manually put it back up. The front lock was also a mess: the light indicators were smashed and it sometimes took me upwards of 5 tries to open the door. Several of the blankets had holes and old stains, but at least they seemed clean. Although there was breakfast advertised in the listing, the hotel did not actually offer any due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Laundry was also not available.

Very clean and hygienic. The room is also very big. There is a shopping mall, supermarket and McDonald's next to it. The surrounding environment is also very safe. Not far from the airport either. The swimming pool inside is relatively mini!

Clean and convenient with good service

This is okay. Breakfast is too perfunctory, basically nothing.

The property is very tacky. The rooms need updated for a Wyndham hotel. This is poor.

Rooms were very clean and nicely conditioned. Very quiet and relaxing area. NO BED BUGS OR ANY BUGS PERIOD

Stay was overall pretty good. I stayed in room 310. However, there were no bath towels and when I tried to call the front desk, the phone microphone didn't work. Tried to shower anyway, and the water pressure was almost nonexistent and there was no hot water.

Check in went great, I arrived at midnight but desk person was awake, Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was spare but adequate and hot tub easy to use. Maid came while I was out and did great job all five days, I left extra tip and mentioned to front desk how happy I was, you could tell how much time they put into removing graffiti and smell to keep your elevator so clean. My last day I received notice my mother was in hospital and she did not make it, your staff were so nice, I forgot my watch when I left useing card of file I left and was able to at least see her. Your staff called me and mailed me my watch so I received it today, I was so happy it was a gift from my father but is a Rolex! They were so great, thanks again. If you let me know the name of employee I talkrd to I would lik e to ensure she receives something for her/his time.

Had to change room on arrival. I was scheduled for a smoking room. Had to have it changed. Customer service was not great. The breakfast was a joke. Almost nothing to eat. Out of orange juice. Ask service person about it and he said he didn’t know how to do it. He was in to much of a hurry to get back to his phone. Will not stay at another DaysInn. This is the second Days Inn and the first one was a poor place to stay.

The worst "hotel" motel I have stayed in my whole life, the hallways, the stairs and even the elevator smell like pee!! I reserved a non smoking room for my family (two kids and my wife) and the room had a strong smoke smell. I asked for a refund, but the person in the reception told me that I have to contact ******* first. That wasn´t possible because I didn´t had a local phone number. We have to reserve another hotel for the same night(in ******* too)

our room was in need of serious maintenance.

This is a seedy motel. There was a toilet plunger outside my door when I got to the room and of course toilet barely flushed. The paint was hanging down from the ceiling with a big hole so you can see all the mold. Sticky clear fluid on the bathroom floor, hairs on the sink counter etc etc etc. they did refund my money the next day but I did not sleep there. I’d rather sleep in my car. Gross… and it was over $200 the night I stayed there.
