"The security guard's greeting was ok, the cashier to check in was friendly, there was a small incident in the room using the lift to the 2nd floor, the lift suddenly closed by itself when my wife was about to enter, her hands weren't clamped, usually the lift won't close if there are still people, but it's ok. deluxe room has a king bed, has a work desk, lounge chairs, has a refrigerator, storage for things, a large cupboard, the bathroom has a bathtub, hot water. The receptionist's telephone number is answered quickly, there is a spa, free swimming pool, free gym, free sauna , and the most awaited food in the restaurant is a lot of choice, it's delicious, like a 4 star hotel. If you're in Solo, I think you'll still choose Sunan as a place to rest. Thank you Sunan for accompanying me on my holiday, I hope the service will be maintained and improved again. Always successful."

"Best and favourite hotel. Good service and location also nice breakfast with natural around. Affordable price so i can stay here many times in a year. Important, you should stay weekend for CFD in front of hotel or along at Slamet Riyadi street. Culinary everywhere. Love this hotel very much❤️"

GGuest UserI can't find any other word to describe this Hotel that fits more than Exceed Expectation.
I stayed here for six nights, and almost every day, the Housekeeper made some cute animal towels in the room, not to mention that the room was brand new and sparkly clean.
Let's talk about Breakfast. I was surprised by how wide the varieties of Breakfast were, starting from authentic Solo delicacies, Indonesian dishes, and some Western options. Aside from that, all of them were Yummy!
For the price I paid. Worth the bucks. If I compare it with some hotels I have stayed in outside Indonesia, Solia Zigna is still the winner.
On the second day of my stay, I remember the staff from Front Desk sent me some chocolate to the room, talking about exceptional service! Thank you so much.
I would say this Hotel is very suitable for someone who wants to chill on holiday and make a short business trip to Solo. Next to the Hotel building, there is Canting Londo Restaurant, the perfect place to set up some business meetings or meet up with some clients. Later it's nice to walk around Kampung Batik Laweyan, Located right behind the Hotel (exit from the Front Desk door ).
Overall this Hotel deserved Five stars review from me.
For the Price - Location - Food and Beverage - and Service, IT SO WORTHED!

PS: One little note, I wish they provide plant base milk for a Lactose Intolerance person like me.
( even if it's not free but at least they provide some )
but no Judge, most restaurant or Coffee shop in Solo doesn't have Plant base milk.
