LLiliI love the warm welcome of all the Alila staffs. So friendly. What is missing is there are only 2 bottles of mineral water in the room. Usually I will get at least 4 bottles mineral water.
The siomay dimsum today is not fresh, the taste is odd, the siomay skin is detached. We have extended this feedback to the chef. Other than that everything is good.

HHermawan LimThe hotel is good enough for the price. The room is clean and quite spacious but not big enough. The breakfast is also good, eventhough the variety of the food is not a lot. The location is good enough but the location is near the train station, so the sound of train is quite annoying if you are sensitive enough with the sound. But overall is good.

BBambangWhile it is a budget hotel, but the rooms are not as small as typical in that class, it includes a small table so possible to work or have a meal without sitting on the bed. Amenities are generous for this class, they provide toiletries and disposable slippers(!) all packed in one sealed pouch.
The rooms a re clean but showing a bit of it age, but the main grouche is the noise coming through the window which came from the indoor basketball court opposite.
High floor have a nice view overlooking Solo.

- even though the bed sheet clean, but the bed sheet need to change with the new one because the oldness of the stuff
- the curtain can not go down
- the soap at the bathroom is not enough when you and your partner bath 2x/day

My wife left her diamond ring on the table during check out and the hotel staff made prompt effort to safe the item, notified me, and had it ready when I picked it up. Thank you very much, it is not so much about the price of the ring, but it is about the memory of our wedding anniversaries.

Highly recommended for families and vacation. Too bad the pool were under maintenance. Btw the cooler at the room was not cold enough to put your ice cream.

GGuest UserThe check in was smooth. The room was ok, but the bathroom showed signs of inadequate cleaning for a long time. The wifi was very well and unstable in room and not much better outside the room. Overall, this hotel isn't bad but doesn't offer good value for money.
