This is a very charming hotel. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family room for 5 people. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was so charming that we would highly recommend this unique place!! The main bed was hard which was fine for my husband but I ended up kicking one of the kids out of their bed because it was softer. But it was all fine. The breakfast was a little small. Wish they had a few more items like yogurt and cheese. Make sure to walk around and enjoy the scenery. It is so quite in a hidden little wooden area in the middle of the city. We stopped here after the LeMans Classic and on our way to Mont St. Michelle. It was the perfect place for our teenagers to feel like they were "back in time" yet with modern comfort.

Relying on the positive reviews, we booked a superior room for one night, en route to Brittany. Unfortunately, Pierre, our host, who is a welcoming, cultured man, and one of the last defenders of true values, makes the mistake of delegating too much to his daughters, who are clearly not up to the task. One of them, in charge of reception, allocated us the simplest room in the manor, which was in terrible condition (see photos). As for the homemade dinner, prepared by the sister, it was less than ordinary. Very embarrassed when we left, Pierre offered us wine for dinner and reduced the price of the room by 50%. If he is a little more attentive to the management of his manor, Pierre will undoubtedly find more positive opinions. Dider SCHMIDT

L'accueil est agréable, le manoir est situé au milieu d’un parc, les nuits sont calmes et reposantes. Si vous dinez sur place,les repas sont sympas et l’ambiance est conviviale. Dans l’enceinte du manoir il y a une épicerie avec de nombreux produits régionaux..

Magnifique propriété, une vraie vie de château le temps d’un week-end end. Une magnifique chambre avec des rideaux pierre frey, des tentures murales assorties.. Propreté irréprochable de la chambre, jardin agréable, et un accueil remarquable. Nous y retournerons en fin d’année

Interdits aux grincheux ! Dépaysant, original, un autre monde. C'est propre, sans puce de lits et le petit déjeuner bio, local, goûteux. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Ce manoir du XVème siècle c'est une belle expérience partagée avec de chouettes propriétaires : les grincheux, dans les chaines, à nous l'évasion

Pars où commencer ???? -Tout d’abord l’accueil : l’hôte me dit qu’il n’a pas de réservation à mon nom. Il s’agit pourtant d’une réservation de 5 nuits. Finalement il l’a retrouvé sur son pc. -il me conduit à l’arrière d’une bâtisse où jonchent des palettes et autres désordre. -On entre par une petite porte et la se trouve l’arrière d’une épicerie avec canette entassées, du ******. -Un petit escalier monte aux chambres. Petites chambres, matelas très vieux, inconfortable, plainte du mur à terre, et tout ça dans la limite du propre. La douche extrêmement petite. -le pire arrive ….. la nuit arrive et de nombreuse puce de lit apparaisse sur les murs, le matelas….. Établissement à éviter de toute urgence !!!!!! Prenez garde, je n’ai jamais vu ça, surtout à se prix. Privilégier un formule 1, c’est 100 fois mieux

Accueil très sympathique et lieu très atypique mais la chambre étant à 95€, nous nous attendions à bien mieux. La pièce est dans son jus, rideaux tâchés par l'humidité, plafond idem, joint du bac de douche moisi... Literie soit disant haute qualité mais sommier calé avec 2 livres et qui penche... (Nous avons fait quelques photos). Notre longue expérience de ce style d'étape à ce tarif explique notre déception. Et mauvaise surprise au départ, le petit déj n'est pas compris : une 1ère pour nous en chambre d'hôtes ! S'il l'avait été, nous n'aurions sans doute pas commenté, juste oublié l'adresse... C'est vraiment dommage car encore une fois, le lieu et l'accueil sont au bon niveau. Pas le tarif.

Une belle parenthèse durant notre périple à vélo. Des chambres atypiques dans le corps principal du manoir, spacieuses, literie confortable. Dîner simple mais avec des produits frais, petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Le petit plus : l'épicerie où l'on trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour pique niquer le lendemain sur les bords de la Mayenne Hôtes sympathiques et de bons conseils.
