The campground is wonderful and clean as well as being within walking distance of anything else in this little town. However, we didn’t sleep well as several trains came by during the night and were so close to the campground that it sounded like they were going to go right through the camper. Additionally, each train blew the horn several times; one train blew the horn over 10 times! For that reason I gave it only two stars. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The park is very clean and very nice, Office help was also so nice. However, being on east end it was so very noisy! Between the constant traffic noise, loud trucks coming off the hill and accelerating to go up hill and the train tracks the run right next door the noise was overwhelming! Newer part of park so also no shade. We had dogs which they knew and this park has dog runs all over so it would have been nice if they would have booked us in one that had a dog run right at the site. All sites were empty so they werent booked and we would have requested had we known. I don’t typically leave a review but felt it was important to share about the road noise. Gorgeous area and close to town as well.

There were 13 people including 4 kids and 3 babies in our party so we got several cabins. The cabins are so cute, ours was pretty small but that's not a complaint. The one we chose we had to bring our own linens which was a pain, it would be nice to just be able to rent linens for an additional fee. The bed was very comfortable and the cabin felt really clean, whoever cleans them really gets the corners which I appreciated. Room had silverware, glasses, mugs, plates, microwave, mini fridge, dish sponge and dish soap and a small coffee pot that needs filters. A couple of things that could be improved... I'm 5'9" and had to crouch to be under the shower spray it was so low. The steps outside come from one side of a platform, firstly the platform needs a railing! And secondly it would be super nice if there were steps coming off both sides. I noticed a neat spot to hang clothes on hangers, but no hangers provided...hooks would be better. It would be really really nice to provide little packets of coffee and creamer with a filter or something like hotels do with their coffee pot. Overall would stay there again and enjoyed our stay

We had booked 4 cabins here for us to stay for a family reunion. The cabins were nice as they each had a gas grill and firepit on a concrete patio overlooking the river. Our cabins were all 4 together which made it easy when we had group meals. One group brought a trailer and was able to get a spot just next to the cabins so they were close to us. The office staff were friendly and very helpful. The campground is close to town. A very easy walk to get to town. A bit longer to get to the pool but not horrible. A lot of fun things to do from the pool to floating the river. One thing about the bed in our cabin. It feltlike it was an inflatable bed that was a little low on air. I didn't have time to ever ask the staff about it, nor did I ask the others how their beds were. My cabin sprung a leak underneath (the are "tiny house" trailers. They were VERY quick to fix it though. All in all a good place to stay to be near fun.

Directly located along the river, which is nice, if you get a spot in the left corner of the campground. The spots on the right side are very close to each other, it’s busy, lots of people, and then there is the train.. the very LOUD train, ALSO during night time, pretty much every hour. I’m glad we’re here only for one day. I feel everything but relaxed today, and my hubby told me he slept even worse than I did

Super cute and unique property. Very clean! Loved listening to the sound of the river while sitting on the deck next to the fire pit, grilling steaks. We will definitely be staying here again!

Most expensive KOA we stayed at on a 2 month excursion. Is billed as a KOA Holiday, however there is no pool, no food, no extra amenities other than water, electric, sewer, shower, bathrooms. Oh yeah, there is a river running next to the park, but they do not rent "floaty" items in the park. Owners have a severe "no site occupancy until after 3pm" issue so they can clean the sites. BS. The day is half over by the time you can get set up in camp. I saw no cleaning crew and our site was "clean", no wood in the fire pit and nobody is going to spay Windex and wipe down the wood table. We arrived at Noonish. Were told to "maybe" come back around 1:30pm or 2pm and possibly get into our site. At 2pm the desk guy says come back at 3pm. Call to owner who says come back at 3pm. I understand "rules", however nobody is cleaning anything in the park and when 3pm rolled around there was a complete cluster-F@#$ of campers trying to get into their sites.
