The decoration of the hotel can be seen to be of some age, but it is very well maintained. We are on the top floor, so the roof is also made of wood. The whole room exudes the faint fragrance of wood. The bathing facilities are very useful, and slippers and soap are provided; what impressed me the most The amazing thing is the terrace, there are pictures. The hotel's breakfast is also very good. In addition to bread, cheese and yogurt, it also provides waffles, side dishes, eggs, etc. It is highly recommended to try pineapple juice and peaches, it is amazing. The hotel is almost a step away from the station, and the coop is right next to the hotel.

GGuest UserThe bathroom bathtub is rubbishly designed. When I took a shower, water was all over the floor. There was no floor drain. I found out that I didn't need to book in advance. When I checked the room rate on the day I arrived in Wengen, it was 1,000 yuan cheaper than what I booked. I was very unhappy.

MMaria CharoWe stayed here in April. The location is very good as it’s just near Wengen train station. The breakfast is good! 😊 The staff are nice. However, as they are doing some renovations, we have to go to a different hotel if we want to use hotel amenities. Apart from that everything is good. Recommended!

A few steps from the train station, the most five minutes walk, the train down the mountain or up the Jungfrau is there. The room is large and the package is very good. Sitting on the balcony, you can see the waterfall and the beautiful town of Lauterbrunnen. The bathroom is a bit flawed, and the bath water will overflow the bathroom a little, but because it is far from the room, it does not affect.
The service staff was very warm and friendly. The breakfast was great, there were many choices, and the view of the restaurant was first class. Dinner needs to be booked, it is also very good, slightly salty.
Why give one less point on the facilities? Because there is no hot water bottle, and the restaurant is not available. This is nothing in normal times, mainly because my son has a cold, coughing more after drinking cold water, and there is really nowhere to solve it in the middle of the mountain at night. At this time, I can really appreciate the importance of a hot water bottle. However, there is no indication that the room has a hot water bottle on the booking interface. I didn't notice it and I can't blame the merchant. I hope that the merchant can increase or spare it for guests in need.

GGuest UserI stayed in this hotel with my friends during my graduation trip in July. The friends made a temporary reservation, but the stay experience made me very satisfied and amazing. The view, food, service, thoughtful and meticulous, I came here again in August, After staying for a few days, I really feel very cured. The female boss is also very beautiful, generous and enthusiastic. I will go there next time.

The location is in Wengen, not very central like Interlaken, but the train station is not far away and can be easily reached on foot. The service staff is very enthusiastic. Because I asked to expedite the laundry, they also tried their best to help. The most important thing is that the balcony of the room looks out to the distant mountains, and the scenery is beautiful! Sitting on the balcony and watching the sun shining on the mountains and the waterfall, I can't help but feel a lot of emotions. There is such a hotel in the world. The breakfast is very rich.
