The rooms feature lighted images of fishes and sea or water themes. I often go back in this hotel and always get another room with another image to learn from. Rooms are very clean, the place is good for going to aquarium, CHUV or epalinge, next to metro station. Sauna and hammam are okay. Food is good. My favourite hotel in Lausanne even if it's nothing special.

Check-in at three o'clock in the afternoon and check-out at eleven o'clock. This is really an unprecedented experience. Hotels want to make money, but you look so ugly. There are black stains on the pillow. I can't confirm what they are and just throw them aside. , the aquarium next to it can be bought at a discounted price at the front desk. The facilities in the room are average and there is nothing new. The service attitude at the front desk is not very satisfactory. There are employees with good service attitude and some ****** with ugly faces who speak in a very funny tone. Arrogant and won't look at you. I will never visit this hotel again, nor recommend staying at this hotel, last but not least! The sound insulation of the door is very poor. You can always hear knocking on the door and the wall in the middle of the night. I was woken up in the middle of the night. It was a very bad experience. I hope everyone will be more cautious when choosing next time.

I stayed for ten days because of this trip. I should have been very satisfied with this hotel, but the attitude of the front desk clerk on the last day gave me another opinion! I think the guest doesn’t understand English and says something that’s almost too friendly!

The room is small and not very clean, but the price is cheap. There is an aquarium next to the hotel, which is suitable for a family, but the transportation is not convenient. It is best to rent a car by yourself. There is a parking lot and the cost is very cheap. 

The breakfast was good.

Conveniently located right above the subway station. Rooms are clean, but very small and basic. The hotel is by a highway so it is also a bit noisy. The hotel restaurant is not good at all.

Very nice stay. Lovely views and great outdoor space to enjoy drinks and lovely fountain. Food was good with nice selections. The best part was the fact you walked out the door to the metro stop and access to what the town has to offer. Overall Lausanne is a lovely stop.

Decent hotel located above the subway stop + a short 10 minute subway ride into downtown Lausanne. Plenty of parking. Free subway ticket for duration of stay. Room was pleasantly cool during heatwave. No complaints, aside from the somewhat pricy onsite dining options.
