It was just ok. But there was something dried on one of our walls looked very nasty. I’m not sure how long it had been there. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. But other than that it was ok.

Property was older. However, the manager was extremely helpful in getting us switched to a handicap room for my husband.

The bathroom tube and sink was dirty. I cleaned it before we could use it. The carpet was disgusting. They need to shampoo room 208. Staff was very nice. Breakfast wasn’t good. Waffle machine was out of order snd no oatmeal. I heard the worker say she wasn’t making any because the business was too slow. Very little bread. No fruit. Had to listen to two lady works sitting behind me complaining about their job there. Had to ask them to take their conversation elsewhere. I wish I had taken pictures. We stayed 2 nights.

First I will say I was disappointed that the pool was closed for the season. It was still 90 outside. For what I paid I could’ve gotten the same services that was offered next door for half the cost. The bed was so uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced

I enjoyed my stay the room was very clean I enjoyed the full breakfast everything was plentiful bed was comfortable overall it was a good stay compared to other places I have stayed

The lady at counter was just having a conversation with another employee for 10 minutes before helping me. Then could not figure out my reservation with ******* and had to call them , but it was her fault for not checking a box on computer. Took another 20 minutes to even check in
Not good customer service and while doing all this she was gossiping to me about other employees, lady I don’t care I just want a room , omg

When i received my room key, i went to my room and the door was open. The beds did not have sheets and the room was not cleaned. The phone didn't work.
The front desk was very attentive and apologetic and i did receive a new room but the hotel in general just needed a lot of attention and deep cleaning. I would not stay here again.

Room was clean. Only complaint would be regarding breakfast. Warmers not working and food was cold.
