Room was disgusting. Bugs, stains, the smell...the night manager was accomodating and kind, he apologized and gave me my refund with no hassle. Especially after I presented my photo evidence.

I'm guessing the lady was in training didn't know how to check me in. She called apparently her supervisor for help. Obviously, the credit card that I have on hand and scan for the deposit; it's not the one that got charged. They charged a previous credit card that they keep in file since I stayed with them before.

The bed sheets were not ironed. Our room was not cleaned every day. Electrical went out during breakfast so could not have hot breakfast. Noisy from other rooms.

Uninhabitable. Left shortly after check in. TV remote had stuff all over it. Counters in room had food crumbs all over them. Despite being a nonsmoking room, the room smelled like a smoking room that was heavily sprayed with cleaner to mask the scent and triggered an asthmatic attack. No hand soap in bathroom. Carpets covered in debris. Black hair on bedsheets. Wet untidy towels thrown under bathroom sink. Pool had a 6inch metal spring in the deep end, surrounded by a cloud of rusty water. Elevator had wet floors and condensation along the bottoms of the wall. They did not appear to be functioning properly, making significant noise and delayed opening. Cabinet in bedroom was sticking and hard to open. Gentleman checking me in was very nice and apologized. He told me the GM would contact me to refund my stay. It has been 24 hours and I have yet to be contacted. Health department needs to shut this place down ASAP.

My room was not turned down before getting to my room at around 7pm a lamp was riped from the wall and hanging by the cord. It was never fixed while I was there. Generic enough hotel stay otherwise.

The night shift manager was rude we had to change room twice as AC was not working the one room we could smell **** and smoke detector was covered with plastic and thermostat was not working the shift manager did not bother to come up and look waited 30 minutes went down he gives another room that room bed had bed bugs could see them morning breakfast the eggs were not ready upon asking she said it will be done by 9.00am breakfast closes at 9.30am no plates she said eat it bowls very very rude morning general manager Michelle was great was juggling from floor mopping to attending front desk never stay at this property again no one bother to clean the pool horrible experience

I don’t recommend
All day all night the fire alarm kept going off. The last straw was when it went off at 5am and scared me and my girl out of sleep. They said the alarm was fixed so I was relieved to get some sleep. 15 minutes later it went off again 2 more times. We had to leave the next day

This was ok. It smelled of dope which isnt my preference. Mostly clean. There was no soap when i first arrived, but staff helped out. Price was righteous!
