Rooms are small but very clean. Bed and pillows are comfy. Wifi strong inside room and lobby. Staff are friendly. Sweet Haven restaurant and Bella Pizza inside the compound is highly recommended. Didn’t get to try the pool, is was kinda small considering its for both the hotel and the residences. There were a lot of people swimming then. Overall, I’d recommend the hotel. Thank you. We had a very pleasant stay.

NuukTaal is a very special place. An amazing setting on Lake Taal just west of Talisay, the dramatic and some times tragic history of the lake and volcano present a stark contradiction to the serenity and beauty of this landscape. The hotel service and food are outstanding and the staff are as attentive, kind and overly polite people I’ve met. Absolutely beautiful and interesting respite. Will absolutely look forward to returning.

This review has been long overdue. We stayed during the first week of May for an overnight stay to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. Reservations team will immediately contact you after you successfully made you booking. I requested for a simple set up in the room since its a mini celebration but they said it comes with a charge so I just said no. Breathtaking view btw when you entered the lobby. Very quiet and serene, away from the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Rd .Early check in was charged tho I guess there were not much guests at that time. They gave us an upgrade with a room facing the lake. Understaffed due to pandemic. There was a bit delay when we entered the recreation area since the security on duty asked us for our health certificates which was already presented during the check in. But we eventually got in.. We got the pool all to ourselves. The ff morning, when we headed to the breakfast area, they immediately served it to us as if the food had been waiting all morning. The food was not even warm. My boyfriend liked the spanish omelette and I ordered tapang taal. Both tasted fine although cold. They held us during check out because their cabinets are chipping and theyre blaming it on us when it fact it was already like that when we arrived and we didnt even bother to complain bc its just a small thing. Overall, service could use some improvement. Its just like getting what you paid for since I got the room for just 3500.

We stayed overnight at Anya Resort last June 2021. We had fun despite the initial disappoin**ent that the swimming pool was closed. We were so looking forward to swim and relax at the pool. We had a senior and a minor in our group, the resort required an RTPCR test. We did the saliva RTPCR. My family enjoyed the resort's other facilities like the gym, mini archery, ba**inton and table tennis. The rooms were very modern, nice, clean, huge and has a veranda! The bathroom was extra huge! It has 2 sinks, rainshower and a bathtub. There was no contact check-in and check-out which were done in our rooms. The customer service was very good! They accomodated our request of a table inside our room where we can play mahjong at night. We were also so happy that they have sungka, which I requested to be brought inside the room. Breakfast was delicious. It was ala carte. They even gave us complimentary hot choco! Tip: Go on a weekday so there will be not much people. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Anya Resort. The place is still the same and perfect for families.. The staff gave a little suprise for my son. A welcome birthday greetings with balloons. The breakfast was good and loved by my mother in law (better than a well known hotel in manila) simple but tasty. . Still the same as before with the bonfire marshmallow activity. The only downside for the recent stay was with the farm side area near the ducks and iguana. The place was not quite clean for this visit ( not totally clean since knowing the ducks and chicken were raoaming freely.. or maybe atleast spray the pathway as my son was not able to take the smell) as compare to our last visit my son was able to feed the ducks and chicken around that area.. Two consecutive days of visit to that area is still the same smell.. Other than that all the staffs were nice and room facilities was clean and nice!
