The hotel is fine and the room is clean. Hotel employees are nice and the housekeeper did her job very well.

A basic hotel with basic amenities. Cleanliness can be further enhanced as our cups came with coffee stains and stickiness around the edges. Place is 15 mins drive with no airport shuttle provided as this service has been discontinued already. It’s a 15 mins ride by taxi to the airport.

Generally it was a pleasant stay. However, it would be much better if the hotel could provide free parking for the in house guest.

Stayed a couple nights. Wanted to be close to Earl Arts Centre (just across the road) so location was perfect. Service is fine. Price is not the cheapest but I think still decent. Room was confortable. Breakfast was good. Pre book for cheaper breakfast rate. Staff were alright.

Some of the front desk staffs look very young (seemed like students doing part time), but ALL are helpful, regardless of age and gender. The room is very spacious and the beds + pillow are super comfy! I love the organic shampoo and shower gel provided!! We didn’t rent a car, but booked a few day tour, hence we’re happy to see a drop off area at the hotel.

Room is good, just because it located at central, very noise and no free parking.

Nice hotel near CBD. A lot of shops are nearby on pedestrian streets. Also a lot of restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Parking is $6 for 24 hours.

The hotel located at CBD Launceston. Staff are helpful. The room is clean, tidy, quiet and spacious. I had good sleep. Recommmend.

The location of this hotel is good and neat to most place of interest. The room is clean.

We booked two rooms,( 4 people), to attend a function, then travelled back to the hotel to have a meal. No where on the web site or when booking did it mention that there is NO restaurant, or bar facilities, open on a Sunday ( breakfast until 9.30am, but only advertised in the Hotel itself). No satellite TV, ( as mentioned on the website). If i have known there were no food available on Sundays, i would have booked at another Hotel in Launceston. thank you

Booked in at the last minute due to the IT Outage trashing out Jetstar flights back to Sydney. Of course Jetstar were absolutely useless and we at the last minute cancelled everything and ran to hide. We managed to find accommodation at Best Western for the family and they were great. Very helpful, patient and only too pleased to go above and beyond, despite having other travellers affected by the flight cancellations lining up to be booked in. Location is great, and everything is within walking distance.

The room is clean and beautiful. The food is delicious. The staff provides good service.

The service staff is great and helpful but the hotel is very old and its hard to adjust the water temperature of the shower
