Tired rooms and inadequate shower. Locked tissue box in toilet instead of toilet rolls is very odd for a hotel at this price point. Service and food in Wicca (the reason we stayed) average: cold starter, beef lacking flavour and slow service (45 mins to get bread at the table).

Room 1314 desperately needed a working air conditioner. Despite the staff’s attempt to help by providing a portable cooler, the room remained at 32°C, making it extremely difficult for our six-month-old baby to sleep. In the end, we had to leave the room door open to get cool air from the corridor — far from an ideal or acceptable solution. Basic expectations like effective AC, blackout curtains, and a properly working bathroom sink were not met. Warm water only came out when holding the tap at a specific angle. On a positive note, the hotel has a good location, gym and a nice restaurant. However, the spa facilities feel outdated and in need of a refresh. Sadly, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had as a family.

Clean property but it was hard to find parking space since the parking lot was quite full when we arrived.

Nice getaway at the seashore. The bed was perfect for sleeping, the food at Liiv was excellent. The only thing that I maybe would wanted to know earlier that the room we were choosing had a balcony where you can see not only beautiful trees and seashore but also there was a really loud fan or something like that. In the evening I would have much rather sit on my balcony in silence and enjoying the sounds of nature.

Overall, we had a good experience at LaSpa. We booked the beach house, which looked very nice and comfortable. The hotel’s surroundings are beautiful, the spa is relaxing, breakfast was a very pleasant surprise, and it's easy to get there. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by an issue during the evening of our only night there. When we returned to our room and went to shower, we noticed the water pressure was extremely low, and the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. We assumed it might be a temporary issue and both took our showers like that. However, a few hours later, just as we were getting ready to sleep, the water stopped running entirely—no water in the shower, tap, or even the toilet. We went to the reception to ask for help, but the staff member on duty wasn’t particularly helpful or proactive. At first, he said there was no immediate solution and offered us a different room that hadn’t been cleaned. Thankfully, a few minutes later, he managed to reassign us to a clean and larger room in the main building, which we appreciated.

Overall we loved the place. The Standard room was a bit aged already, but I suppose there is no such issue in the more expensive rooms. We did not visit the Spa centre, only the water and sauna centre. Saunas are quite nice and modern. The pool area though is a bit aged already and could use some renovations. However, overall impression was quite alrighjt.
