Decent hotel only bad thing elevators weren’t working & ac was not strong enough or even on in certain parts of the hotel had to change rooms since ac didn’t work

Place Stinks of stale smoke, poor lost souls sitting at slots, on there last pull, depressing sight. Non smoking floor , YEA pot is ok whole floor smells like a stoner garage. Management could careless. Was a poor choice to stay there.

We were offered an upgrade to a "remodeled" room at check-in. We took the offer and were very disappointed. The door to our room was not installed correctly and would not close unless you slammed it. The remodel appears cheap, the grout was already coming off the bathroom sink, there was a weird couch in the middle of the room, no access to wall outlets and a towel was left on the bed.

The rooms were gross. The carpet was nasty, we had no dresser, no fridge no coffee machine in the room. The rooms are pretty small. The bed was uncomfortable. The ac unit made this weird knocking noise that kept us awake. We set at one of the bars in the hotel and the worker was unfriendly. No sense of humor . The hotel it’s self is Not upgraded for as old as it is & the money they are making off us ppl. We just did not enjoy are stay so we will not be returning to this hotel.

The whole resort thing was not even close to that. I think a motel 6 would be better. Upon arriving the room was dirty, smelly and shower and sink were clogged. Definitely not worth the money we paid for it. This place definitely needs a full renovation and on top of it it’s far from any other ******s. The only thing that was good and fast was check in and out. Horrible elevator that in the whole time i was there i spend more time waiting for either come down or up

Excellent hotel - the staff were accommodating. They do need to upgrade all doors to handicap accessible as we had issues trying to open doors when on my scooter to go to the north towers

Bathroom did not have air ventilation, ac did not seem to work, and the entrance door kept getting stuck while trying to open it.
