Each sofa accommodates 2 guest and the TV provides entertainment while you lounge, warm hardwood floors are throughout the entire apartment, serene artwork and overall a homey comfortable vibe. Also on this level you have a fully updated kitchen that has everything you need. The cabinets, granite counters, and mosaic tiles create the perfect place for making a group dinner—just add some fresh, local seafood and you’re all set. Then head over to the large farm dining table (seats 6) and enjoy a meal with friends or family. After dinner, retreat to the living area and stretch out on the couch or watch your favorite shows together on the 50” flat screen TV. Just off the living room, you’ll find a Juliette balcony with two cafe chairs and a small table with seating for 2.
