Let my mother have access to our room info , which is not legal. This caused us serious harm as to what happened that day and after. They had my young son go with them from the hotel without my permission . I made the staff aware of their error so hopefully they understand how serious that is to give out information to other people who may call or show up .

I decided to stay here after a long day of driving. From the very first interaction, I knew that the staff here goes the extra mile. I called before I arrived to ask about an upgrade. I spoke to Angela. She was wonderful in every way possible. The thing that made her stand out was the fact she went out of her way to make sure I got type of room that I wanted after she didn’t quite understand what I originally wanted. That is above and beyond customer service. The biggest issue during the stay was the key maker not working. It wasn’t the fault of the staff, but most of the guests were quite nasty to the two ladies working the desk. They kept their composure and did the best they could and handled the situation pretty well. The room itself was clean and comfortable. There are a ton of restaurants in the area and easy access to Interstate 20 and Interstate 95. I would definitely stay here again
