Garden Hotel

We were here for a hit and run definitely worth repeating. The structure is really beautiful. The interiors are simple and well structured. Very good breakfast, very full, indeed very full, even gluten-free and lactose-free foods which are an added bonus given that it is very difficult to find places with such a vast choice, even for those who are forced to meet these needs. Lastly, on the staff: everyone is kind, polite, welcoming and well prepared. Always ready to find a solution or simply give a smile, with so much kindness. In short, whoever takes care of this hotel does it down to the smallest details without neglecting anything. Congratulations to whoever it is

Hotel with poor hygiene, dirty bathroom with hair everywhere, breakfast is terrible, with moldy cakes... Products close to their expiry date, 80 euros per night... A steal! With this poor quality, I understand that there are almost no hotels in Latina, but this treatment for customers is not fair.

I arrived yesterday, it's true, without a reservation, but the price they offered me is truly inadequate for the type of hotel and the context! I spent one night, standard room, breakfast, a whopping €95!!!! I work at the school next door, it seemed like a really unreasonable price! The room also lacked a mini bar and last night, from thirst, I was going crazy!!!! The bathroom is very old and the oxidized taps leave a lot to be desired! The comfort and friendliness were appreciated! Having found a room for an emergency (I'm from Naples) is truly priceless! Thank you

We stayed here for 2 nights.. That same evening, arriving at around 9.10pm (after 6 hours of travel), we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, informing us that the kitchen closed at 9.30pm. Leaving our bags in the room, we quickly head down. We sit at the table, order drinks, 2 starters and 2 first courses. I have salmon and octopus in the sauce, my partner has tomato pasta with buffalo mozzarella and fried chicken sticks. We are served the first courses, without even having brought us a drink or bread, when we asked for a drink we were told "yes... sorry... what did you order?". My cold salmon from the fridge, covered in oil and only the taste of vinegar, the pasta completely raw. The second courses were nothing exciting, sticks from the supermarket and some pieces of raw octopus. The same sleepless night, because construction work was being carried out next to the window. The bathroom was really bad, rust, dirt and limescale. The next morning breakfast was all in all discreet and plentiful with various buffet dishes, except that the dishes were not clean. Nice 3-star hotel, close to both the sea and the main roads, excellent sweet and savory breakfast, standard, spacious rooms with small balcony, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, large car park adjacent to the structure

I had chosen this hotel only for a passing night but it was not a good experience. Maybe if you booked a little last minute they reserve the worst rooms for you. Patience for the lack of room facilities (fridge bar) but the cleanliness should go beyond the stars. Dust everywhere. It looked like it had never been cleaned. Previous guest's rubbish (empty water bottle and bathroom bin). Bathroom at the limit of decency. I didn't give a star only because of the courtesy of the reception staff who, upon our arrival, were understanding about a problem that we were then able to resolve. The breakfast without infamy and without praise. In short, for 100 euros I would say you expect much more. Or maybe we were just unlucky to "fish" for the worst room in the hotel.
