The beds were not comfortable, the bathroom was tiny and not particularly clean. There was garbage left from the previous guest under the kitchen sink. Oh, and the check in staff member told me I was essentially stupid for booking thru ******* because I would get a much better deal going direct. All in all, nothing catastrophic, but if I had to stay in the area again I would look for a different property.

Great room setup for a week away from home. Enjoyed the pool and gym daily and breakfast bar very convenient. Staff was friendly and accessible. Will definitely choose again when in the Albany area

The room was very clean and tidy. Additionally, the staff was pleasant and willing to help. The surrounding area has adequate dining, shopping, and the hotel offered transportation.

Had a really good stay here. Other than the houekeeper taking my towels by accident without replacing it was great with clean facilities, nice staff, breakfast, and nice rooms with all the things you need especially for longer stays. will definitely stay again

Stayed last weekend while moving our child into RPI. While the space was spectacular and the front desk staff were great, we never had housekeeping, which meant our trash was never emptied, and we had to ask for fresh towels. (We were given an accessible room without proper towel racks to hang ours to dry.)
Plus, the vinyl plank floors were sticky.
100% understand being understaffed, but maybe at least come empty trash and refresh towels over a 3 night stay?
