The older part of the ****** (the Pyramid) my room was a bit tired and dated. Also stayed in the newer part outside of the Pyramid and room was much nicer and fresher. Some staff were amazing and some were terrible but I guess that’s hospitality for you. Would I stay again? Maybe, maybe not but probably based on location more than anything else. Would aim for mid ***** next time.

I took my mom for a significant life event and went to the nines with upgrades and it was worth it. She has a really good time in the space. The staff were courteous and welcoming, and even gave her a red rose because it was Valentine’s Day. The staff members were helpful directing us to the elevator to our room, and during check out they asked how it went. We enjoyed the extravagant and grand decorations from ***** New Year as well. I have nothing bad to say and all the excellent compliments to give this hotel. Highly recommend.

Location of the property is great, right next to Hermes and other high end shops. Museum of Illusion and Arte Museum are right outside the ******/hotel. Unfortunately their gym hours were modified during holiday season, yet, we will still charged the full resort fee amount. Food court has some good options but wish those shops could have stayed open longer.

Overall experience was ok. The lobby was beautiful, there was no odor of smoke, and everyone was very nice. However on the first two days, the TV and internet wasn’t working. I called to have someone come fix our TV, but no one ever came. Then we figured out that the network wasn’t working however we weren’t notified about it. The pillows were awful. I had to fold them in half in order for it to have some type of firmness. Even using the extra pillows didn’t help either. One side of the bed was saggy. One of the bed side table lamp kept flickering on/off the entire time. The shower didn’t drain the water while using. The hallways wasn’t really clean either. There was dust balls on the ground.

I travel to Vegas once or twice a year and this place is quickly becoming a favorite. I really like the large rooms and love having a sliding door to open for fresh air, bird songs in the morning and the view of the ”serene” courtyard with its palms. It's so much better than walking miles through a ****** to a claustrophobic sealed room. There is a convenience store close by with sometimes sketchy people hanging around, but if you're at all street smart, it shouldn't be a problem. There's a steady stream of tourists walking between here, Virgin and other hotels to the strip. I'm pleased that the management deters parties, noise in the public areas and has locked down access points where people could be let in anonymously. My only complaint is that there is no seating on the balconies. I'd have been happy with a $5 resin chair.

Beautifully furnished room with a lovely view of the *****. In-room refreshments obscenely expensive, but no need to use them as 24-hour CVS is nextdoor. Check in was slow with terminals requiring full address and phone number to be typed in on large screen, with no privacy for personal data.

It’s actually a little distance from the avenue. You can only go by car. Walking is definitely not convenient. There are buses, free of charge, but tips are generally given. One person a knife. The stay at Vdara was great. We booked a room with the fountain view and it did not disappoint. Would recommend for people who wish a more quiet location but still highly accessible to the ****** *****. That said, the walkway to the Bellagio was closed so we had to walk around the building to get to the hotel.

There are two stations very close to the exhibition, and there are convenience stores and gas stations nearby.
The restaurant in the hotel is also quite good. Fortunately, I communicated with the chef and said that I wanted to eat Chinese food. The female chef really made us a family-style stir-fry, stir-fried beef with asparagus, fried rice, stir-fried pork with bell pepper,
The portion is so big that even 3 people can't finish it.
If there is a chance, I would like to stay again

GGuest UserREAD THIS BEFORE BOOKING! This hotel tries to charge you double resort fee hoping you don’t notice. We were told we can express check out and just drop the key, and then they will automatically charge your credit card on file. Thank goodness we clicked into bill details at express checkout before we left and found the double charge. We had read reviews ahead of time that they double charge resort fee, but just didn’t think it could be true for a 5 star resort. We had to line up at the check out desk to inquire the situation. The manager at the check out desk, Tony was very rude and blamed it on a system glitch, which sounds like complete BS since why would it even be a possible selection to double charge a room for resort fee in the first place, it’s highly suspicious. We are extremely disappointed in this hotel, they wouldn’t even acknowledge an apology and said that even if we paid they would catch it afterwards and refund our money, lots of walking around the double charge and how it’s not their fault. Even though there’s a bunch of reviews saying the customer has called and called and the resort wouldn’t give back the double charge. If they had just apologized and said it was their mistake, it would have been okay. The manager made it seem like they were doing us a favor by reversing the double charge. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel for this obvious scam and poor service from the manager.

GGuest UserSome time ago we purchased a four night, five day ”update selling package” from The Elara from Hilton. I had to travel alone because my wife has been doctoring for what was believed to be a pinched nerve in her back. She was unable to walk without pain, and the doctors suggested it would be better if she didn't travel. I arrived in Vegas about 8:45 am, and got to the Elara at 9:15 am. Check in time is 4:00 pm, but luckily enough they had a One bedroom room open for me. Best check in experience we have ever had at that facility. I thought it was going to be a great time in Vegas. I had scheduled a time for a timeshare presentation at 10:30 am on Friday. Since I was alone, I went in on Thursday as asked if I could move it up to 8:30 am which they did. I was given a lanyard with a card on it, and was told there would be a group meeting at 8:30. I went to the meeting with about 20 other people. It lasted about 10 minutes, then salespeople went around and took the couples to a private meeting. I was the last one selected, and they asked me where my wife was. I told them of her health issues, and that she was unable to travel. I was told by the receptionist that I could not take the ”review meeting” since my wife was not with me. I told them of her health issues and after a few more minutes she came back and told me that it was illegal in the state of Nevada to allow me a solo meeting. Then the gal told me that she couldn't reach the sales manager, but he would call me soon. I said ”are you certain he will call me?” and she said oh yes, he always returns calls, and you will hear from him for certain before the end of the day. That never happened. In late afternoon I starting calling to find out what was going on. No one ever answered the phone. I called many times from Friday through Sunday and no one ever answered the phone or returned my call. They were not open Saturday or Sunday, I later found out. Starting another round of calls Monday, after I had already moved to a different, Embassy Suites Hotel also in Las Vegas. I bet I talked to 3 or 4 more people and finally I got to talk to a helpful person, name of Rose Marie. She told me that since I didn't listen to the timeshare presentation I had to pay $752.78 for my 4 night stay, less the $247.78 I had prepaid for the 4 day package. I told Rose Marie that I would not pay that price because if the sales manager would have called me back on Friday as I had been promised he would do, I would have been out of that room about 15 minutes after he called me, and moved to a more reasonable hotel. Rose Marie went back to her manager a few times, and I got the extra charge for the rental cut in half. $252.50 was the new amount that I had to pay. Better than double that price, but still 100% unreasonable based on what I had paid for the 4 day package. I thanked Rose Marie many times for doing a job that I was sorry she had to perform. She agreed that she knew that what I told h

GGold4thaHoneyUpon arrival our room was upgraded even with a late check in. The hotel was sold out due to a convention in town but service was efficient. The front desk representative, William really took care of us answering all of our questions and offering suggestions for us to celebrate my birthday. GGuest UserThe hotel is very new, but the design is not as good as that of Vdara which has been around for ten years. The room is quite big, and the location is a bit remote, relatively close to the convention and exhibition center. The bed is a bit soft and the pillows are very soft. The hotel opened at the end of 2023. Many stores in the shopping mall on the second floor have not yet been renovated, but the good brands are relatively high-end. You can see the big ball if you stay in an odd-numbered room. The higher the room number, the more positive the direction.

GGuest UserHard to find my tower to get in after I have done my self checkin and got the key card.
One thing I need to complain is the mini bar inside the room. It’s huge expensive foods and drinks for that. And I went out to bought some Fiji water and snacks back to my room. The cleaning staff misunderstood that and charged me 35-50 bucks on my bill. Because they thinking I called them to open the mini fridge.
I don’t know this before I checked out. I chooses to pay that extra bill just because I don’t want to waste my time to stay on the long line to fix with them. I told myself I just tipped for the room cleaning service that make me feel better when I left.

GGuest UserMy leisure,libation,fun,enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The exotic cuisine is authentic that’s why I find it to be perfect and excellent. The service is attentive and personal at it’s best. Keep me in mind everytime you want to make a deal in your promotions and marketing. I can use a break such as freebies, discounts, comps., free play, that are worth coming back for as incentive to get me in the house to patronize your business. Make it competitive for there are others that want my business as well but not attractive enough of a proposal for me to splurge and spend my social security and pension in wholeheartedly without regret and restraint. The most important thing is that I paint the town red, go gallivanting, find pleasure and enjoyment in everything I do and not be dissapointed and discouraged or disgusted and annoyed/irritated. Make me happy, is that so much to ask ? As I know for certain that the House always wins.

GGoldenGuanPrice is reasonable, it is off the ***** but you can walk to the ***** in 10-15 minutes, reasonable distance. Room is spacious and quite well maintained! Hotel is now partially under renovation, looking forward for the newly constructed area! Though some part of the hotel is not in service, but I was surprised to see there’s a good Chinese restaurant inside the hotel! It was a good experience!

11blessedbraiderMy sisters and I met in Las Vegas for weekend and stayed at the Strat. We booked 2 rooms. My sister checked in at Kiosk and it was pretty easy. The kiosk wouldn’t take my AZ ID so I went to check in desk. Which was pretty quick I also received free 2 tickets to the Tower Deck. I gave to my other sisters since I’m scared of heights. When we got to our rooms my sister was on 4th floor and her room wasn’t too clean. Makeup on the sheets and towels. My room 5th floor was clean on the other hand. We just didn’t have many towels. Since we both worked housekeeping at Hilton we know how things go. We are at all the restaurants which was amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t see any shows we had other plans on our itinerary this trip. The Strat was very accommodating. The pool was a long walk down the 8th floor hall but the pool social was a vibe. Very clean. Sunny. Service was amazing as well.
