I cannot find one single fault with this hotel its in a great location just off the ***** travel in by monorail the views are amazing especially at night tge monorail has a station at the hotel Paeking and check-in was easy 10 Dollar per day self parking check in staff pleasnt and helpful infact every member of staff is helpful Room was very big great bed and pillow s Shower good fridge in room amazing views over the golf course snd mountains very clean room Lots of different cafes and restaurants on site reasonably priced as are the bars I give the hotel 10/10

Great hotel but the elevator wait was ridiculous. One was not working and wait was 30min to 1 hour.

Hotel smells very good when you walk inside, the reception were so friendly and enthusiastic felt very welcomed. The hotel bed slept very good, we booked for 4 night our room were cleaned one time that was only the down side.

This is one of the worst hotels I've never been to ! I've stayed 3 nights. The cleaning of the room has never been made. On the evening of the 2nd day (so after the first night), I came back to the hotel at 8pm and found the room as I left it in the morning. It was too late to clean it, so I've been to the reception to ask for towels. I've been waiting for 1h30 (and 2 calls to the cleaning dept). I got them after taking them down to the reception desk and letting them on the desk (I've never done that before !). They called the manager in charge who told me there was nothing he could do. On the 3rd day, I've been to the reception in the morning, before leaving the hotel, to ask them not to forget to clean the room. I even wrote a note and sticked it on my door, with the bin outside (a customer next door also left its bin in front of his door). Believe it or not, the room hasn't been cleaned when I came back in the evening. Here again, a Las Vegas show to get clean towels: 1 hour waiting for them whereas I wanted to take a shower and get ready for my departure the next morning. I've been talking with other customers: some of them had not their room cleaned either. And you could see the garbage in the corridor... A mirror in the bathroom was ready to fall from the wall, which I signaled to the reception on the very first day but nobody came to repair it while I was staying. The technician came on the 1st day because the safe was closed. This is the only service I had from this hotel. The location is poor (except if you take the motorway USD 6 to go to the ***** if you miss their shuttle), the bar has no menu (all drinks USD 30+tax), the mini supermarket doesn't show the prices and everything is extremely expensive. As a "compensation", the resort fee (!!!) was waved... One could see they had problems with many customers at the reception desk where we could assist to discussions which never ended, not to a normal check in or check out. It seems that nobody cares in that hotel, and that there is no organization, not enough employees either (for an hotel which had the higher number of rooms in the world in 1990). I don't recommand it to anyone. Don't think you can use the swimming pool: it is closed for the season. I'm at the moment in an hotel in San Diego where it's colder than in Las Vegas. The heated swimming pool is opened till 10 pm. I travel a lot for business and leisure: I think I've never seen worst in such a short time... They should have refunded me for this nightmare, the waste of time and the stress induced.
