This hotel and ****** was really nice. Thank God it's off of the *****. The room that was selected for me was okay. The eyes on the wall was a little creepy, but it was okay. I don't like the fact you couldn't use the refrigerator in the room without being charged. That shouldn't be an issue. So if you get a room at the Palms, bring a cooler, because the refrigerator is off limits unless you want to pay for it.

Great place

Had a nice staycation. For the weekend. We always have a good time at the pools during the day and find plenty to do in the evenings in the ******.

All perfect except housekeeping services. They never vacuumed and we had to ask for service. Unresponsive. Heard they're shortstaffed though.

The hotel is nice, clean and modern however the soundproofing is horrible. Could not sleep at all during my stay due to people partying next door. Even during the day I could hear the entire conversation in next door’s room. The lighting is also horrible in the rooms, making you feel like in a parking lot. The rest of the place is fine, pool could use a little cleaning.

It was a place I really liked. The best swimming pool ever and even ***... it was perfect.

Overall good and convenient

My husband did not find the queen beds comfortable and the pillows were really too fluffy. My husband slept on the couch instead, using a rolled up towel as a pillow. The room and bathroom were very clean and the check-in gentleman was wonderful. The plastic desk chair in our room was peeling and needed replacement. I was a little disappointed because every other reviewer gave this hotel glowing compliments. The ****** is very nice and the staff were wonderful except for our server in the buffet (otherwise I would’ve given the service 5 stars). I would, however recommend this resort despite those few problems.

I recently stayed here to celebrate my birthday as a local. Upon checking in it was an unpleasant experience. Many minor inconveniences and finished up by openly announcing my room number which as a 22 year old woman, makes me very uncomfortable in hotels. The room was beautiful but the restroom had been used and toilet unflushed as well as some sort of black sandy substance overflowing through the pipes in the middle of the night leaving residue in the sinks. When I called the front desk they were very nice and had the room cleaned (definitely not the same person who checked me in). All in all not the end of the world but didn't want to have to deal with all of these little things while trying to enjoy my birthday staycation.

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Chris the Bell man was the best !! So friendly and welcoming. What we didnt like was that the room didnt have a coffee maker, no regular refrigerator, and the mini bar fridge was ridiculous in terms of price. We had insulin that needed refrigerated and didnt know that there was an option to get a medical fridge.

They help me with the best option for my stay even if I messed up with the location on the hotel . Had amazing experience with my family . Thank you

I was disappointed that the Ivory Tower room did not have decent beds especially since its described as pillow top mattress. The mattress was hard as a rock plus the fridge didn't work, the room was hot and it was just not worth the price. It was more like a motel 6 room inside a beautiful hotels! We were even upgraded to the 52 floor and were told it was nicer... not at all!

I usually stay at treasure island and this time tried Palms hotel. The shower has opening with no door, so you’re freezing in there. Next, we have no fridge. I was charged for mini bar 50, and had to call to get credit. Needless to say I won’t be returning. See u in August Treasure Island!
