They don’t have any fridge in rooms also no water for guests. Also their amenities are timed i a way that guests can barely use them. Also their air conditioner make too much noise.

The room is far from hotel lobby, you need at least 3-5 mins walking from room to lobby front door. The hotel is little outrun and old as compared to to Wynn and Venetian.

We participated in the ISC West 2025 at the Venetian Expo. Away from the hotel to the exhibition hall is 2 miles, which was quite convenient. Hotel indication boards are not clear. Self-check-in only without the front desk. The hotel is too old and dirty. We stayed there for one week without housekeeping to clean up the room. The air conditioning is noisy which you can't sleep well. It is not the best choice and I will never stay at this hotel forever.

It was a decent place to stay. Clean, comfortable beds. Didn’t get the room that I actually booked but I did check in early so it was understandable. An older place but a great place to lay your head down.

Check in was a little different, they wanted everyone to use the kiosk. Its a family friendly hotel for sure. Did have any issues, it’s an old hotel so the cosmetics of the room didn’t really bother me for the price.

Tissue should be at the desk instead of in the bathroom. The air conditioner is kind of loud as well. No bottled water are provided. Location is good. It have many family friendly facility.

It is a major disappointment. The employees aren’t friendly as I believed. The elevators were horrible whenever we and other people waited for a longer time than normal.
