this is my favorite hotel in the area. i love that it had everything, actually even more, that i have at home in the kitchen. i don’t have to eat out every meal. it’s always clean. bug free, and the staff is helpful. plus it’s pet friendly. i didn’t bring my dog this past time, but i can when i need to and feel comfortable leaving her there.

The property was a little old and dated and not super clean. The pool was closed while we were there for an unknown reason.

I would give it 5 stars on every catagory except for one issue. They don't service the rooms daily. The rooms all have kitchens which I take full advantage of - Having the garbage in the room for two or three days (especially food waste) can be a problem.
The staff is top-notch in every way and the property is meticuloulsy maintained. Overall the best place to stay for business trips in the entire valley.

The parking on the property was very tight in the evening. The fitness center needs an update with some additional equipment. The staff and room was excellent. Breakfast was normal fare for this type of hotel. Overall a good stsy .

Very comfortable bed. They need to keep up with repairs. Our tub drained very slowly so we were showering in a puddle. The electronic wall controls for the drapes need to be replaced. For some reason the hallways were very cold. The lobby is very comfortable and welcoming. Great location for visiting Henderson.
