The room was clean, comfortable and inviting.
I like that they have a small refrigerator, microwave and even a hairdryer. The restroom has a walk in shower which is great for my handicap needs.
The only downside is that they started charging $10.00 a night for parking. All the fees add up. It was my fourth time staying at La Quinta and it was the first time they charged me to park there. I don't think I will stay there again because of the parking fee.

Bathroom needs an upgrade especially the shower/tub it’s rusted. But overall the staff was friendly an attentive.

Suite Furniture so filthy we couldn't sit on it.
The furniture was filthy and stained and we didn't sit on chair or couch the "living room" area. We specifically requested a suite to relax and enjoy more. Bedroom was fine
The closest elevator was out of order. AND the other elevator wall covering was peeling off.
The blackout curtain was full of holes and not conducive to sleeping since we were in corner where the bright lights on the outside rear door shine directly into room.
We have stayed at this LaQuinta many time and loved it. It previously was clean, maintained. We will have to find a new place to stay for the future when visiting family is Las Vegas.

There is a lot of deferred maintenance issues that are very apparent. The shower in our room was moldy cracked and dirty. The water would not drain. The pool and hot tub were out of commission. The thin quilt did not keep us warm. The chemical smell in the room was overpowering. Little things that all add up.

This hotel was very dirty. The carpets were sticky and it turned the bottom of my kids feet black and my families allergies were aggravated all night long from an unknown source. The shower barely worked and the furniture and lamps were broken or worn out.
