The location is very remote and the buffet downstairs is closed. The service attitude is relatively good.

Not bad except that it's a bit far from the main road

The hotel is quiet and the room is nice

If you have been to Las Vegas before and stayed at a hotel on the Las Vegas *****, then I recommend staying at this hotel when you go to Las Vegas in the future. The environment of the hotel is very good, and the price is much cheaper than the hotels on the Las Vegas *****. Best of all is the restaurant on the ground floor, the burgers are amazing.

The room is big and tidy, the bathroom is good

Overall good place and hotel staff was nice, but they didn't do anything about the loud group next to me two nights in a row who was drinking and being obnoxious well into the early morning, so doubtful to stay there in future if they don't care about people who are being disrespectful to others at 1-2 AM. Asked for assistance and they did squat.

First of all the hotel is the home of the Raiders. The hotel was staff were pleasant from the valet to the restaurant staff.

My family and I enjoyed this hotel. It was so nice and modern, it was clean. Staff was friendly and very accommodating allowing us to check in an hour early. If we come to Vegas again we will definitely stay here again. We’ve never had a good experience staying at hotels on the ***** their usually dirty/gross reek of cigarettes. But that was not the case here especially with our two smaller children.

Nice stay. Good was good. Easy access. Doors to the rooms are loud and slam. Hard to sleep when people are in and out all night. Nice staff

Doors to the bathroom is unbalance so it creeps open when you want some privacy. No hand towels and mirror light flickers and doesn’t turn on. Parking lot is under construction so you have to walk further to reach hotel elevator.

First time staying and we will be back again. Did not like the ATM exchange rate for Canadians.

Our initial room was very dirty and dusty. Something had been spilled over the drawers and one of the nightstands and left there. The glass shelf was broken and the cactus plant was dying. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We were relocated to another room that was far better and the staff quickly went into action to remedy the previous rooms issues. This was our second stay at the M, the first being when we were first married 15 years ago when the M was only 10 days old on our arrival. 15 years ago the rooms had elegant pillows and a sash on the bed, a box of chocolates placed on the pillows each morning, and a flower that would bloom by the time we checked out. There was a fully stocked mini fridge with fully stocked snack tray that would charge you only if you chose to consume the items. There were bath salts for the bathtub, which I have saved all these years.The pool was not yet opened when we first stayed, but we were getting married so it was okay. We were expecting much of the same this trip, however were saddened to see the chocolates, flower, bath salts, elegant bed linens, and snacks with stocked mini fridge removed from the rooms. In the ****** area which was very elegant back then has been littered with Raiders items which feels very out of place. We had to purchase coffee everyday since there is no coffee pots in the rooms and were over charged $20 over the resort fee costs we were initially quoted. I am still waiting for my invoice. Just a weird experience.

A beautiful facility definitely for relaxation- pleasant staff. great food options. If you are looking for a laid back ****** and resort experience the M Resort is the place. I would like to return when the temperature is warmer to experience the pool area and outdoor entertainment. One major concern- the mattress in the room was torture!! Also annoying to be woken up by a false alarm😟

Everything was outstanding with exception of check-in/check-out staff. Check-in/out staff lack the understanding of customer service! Not pleasant, not friendly, poor attitudes. Not at all helpful… so unpleasant and unhappy people. Loved the room comforts, cleaning, and quietness! Not nearly enough handicapped parking.
