This was a nice stay. I was a little frustrated finding a place to park my van and then finding the check-in counter. Once I found my room and settled in I started to like the property.
I will stay here again if the price is good.

We checked in this hotel to play golf tournament at the nearby golf course. We stayed 5 nights and 3 nights individually with 2 rooms. My room was not having any room services to clean rooms for 3 days. When I complained Front desk they said I have to request room clean services if I need someone clean the room. I never heard of it that I have to request room service on daily basis. Another room was not services for one day. Till we went back hotel and noted no services were made on our room no clean towels no make beds. We were so frustrated and spoke with the Management Manager as she told me the same we have to request if to clean room.
I will never stay in this hotel !

Honestly, two out of three rooms I was in and out of had facilities issues. My bridesmaids room had the handle of the shower fall off while I was showering! The king suite had towel holders falling off the wall and had gross build up on the shower head and all drains. We didn’t take a bath because we weren’t sure if the bath was even clean because of the staining on the drain. The lobby smelt weird and it literally took 15 minutes from the car to the room. Liked the location outside but not nearly enough things open. Bunnies outside was definitely a plus. The staff was nice and the little snack we got after we got married was very nice!

I’ll start off with the good First. This property is absolutely beautiful, it’s very spacious has a cute little shopping district, there is a lot of empty storefront. The restaurants we ate at were good even though Coco‘s is way overpriced! Parking was very easy. We were here for three days, two nights for a wedding(not on location) as we were getting ready to leave I noticed on my husband side of the bed there was blood on the comforter (not from him). We probably missed this because we came in very late every night. I told the front desk when we checked out she told me to send the photos to the manager Mary. It’s been two weeks now and the manager never responded. And sometimes there’s was a strong sulfur smell around the location, but I think that’s just because of the lake and the heat.
If you’re looking to be in the middle of nowhere, this is a place for you.

Best Hotel at the Lakes.
I've stayed many times, business and pleasure. Always accommodating, the staff is superb. The landscape is well done. And, the restaurants in the courtyard have always been perfect, a great selection of ethnic styles: French, Italian, and Mexican.
