It took me more than an hour and half to checked in upon arrival. I was only 5th person in a line waiting to be called. There's another line for so called "Owners", means people who bought their time shares. Only two people at the front desk working on busy Saturday afternoon. They stopped serving guests in people in front of me (normal line) Instead, they were only serving time share guests. Took 15 minutes per guest to finish a check in process. I paid more than $500 for 2 nights of stays for 1-bedroom suites while people who has invitation for time share presentation paid average $100/night for 2 bedrooms suites. A Sale person approached me after I finished checked in, asked me to attend time share presentation for exchange of $100 gift certificate to be used for next visit. I refused their offer. I was there for enjoy my stay in 5 stars hotel but not to spend my precious 90 minutes to attend their selling trap. I was treated unfairly because I am not "Owner" of their time share. They put me in lower floor room with next to 10 stories shopping mall parking garage which was very noisy during our stay. I paid $18 parking fees a day which is reasonable but just to get in and out of the garage is a challenge with very bad traffic. It took me 45 minutes to get out of garage during Mall hours. Overall experience was very bad. The worst part of it they charged me full price of the room again when I checked out. I had to deal with them again once I get back home. Texted back to hotel numerous times and send them proof from Trip.com (paid invoice) but it took 10 days to get my refund. If you like to have fun without stress, stay away from Time share places like that. I rather stay at Wynn or Venetian hotels for almost same price that I paid for this particular weekend. I choose it because of the name "Hilton" but it's different than normal Hilton Hotel. IT's called Hilton Vacation Club. That's a catch. NEVER AGAIN, period.
