Not a wonderful experience. Hotel is run down and not clean. **** stains remains in toilet bowl and no house cleaning services, no water and there is a restriction of only 2 device for internet access ! Totally outdated with modern times and hotel seems not willing to invest to keep up with modern expectations.

The service was absolutely horrible. The rooms were cold which is great as its hot outside but I asked for extra blankets and they said they had NONE. The hotel charges a resort fee but for WHAT???????? Is what I wanna know. Thye have only 1 pool amd guest don't get priority and then only 1 restaurant in the hotel as well. Where's the AMENITIES??? Where's the resort fee going too??? Plus the room upon entry had trash in the garage bin amd I was charged for a ***** VIEW mind you this hotel DOESNT HAVE A ***** VIEW. Oh they mean a side walk view of Ballys that slightly over looks the Bellagio Fountains...THAT VIEW????? OH ok. Need a cab/Uber, you have to walk over through the garage area in the back to the Flamingo Hotel to catch one. ***????

The location couldn't be better. Minutes from the fountains and the heart of the *****. The room decor is aged but perfectly Vegas Chic! In-room amenities are poor. Even coffee will cost you $20! Beware the see-through mirror in the shower; great for intimate couples, less good for family!

Located in the center of Las Vegas *****, it is very convenient to get in and out. The room is small, parking costs $20 per day, and the swimming pool is in the Flamingo Hotel next door, which is a heated swimming pool.

Smaller and older than what we were expecting. Rooms are very dark and outdated. Location was great though.

I didn't spend a lot of time there as I was in town for a concert, but the staff was very helpful and the facilities were very nice.

I don't give 5 star reviews often but think the Cromwell is my new favorite in Las Vegas. Front staff and service were so helpful, kind and amazing. Truly a gem. Highly recommend it as a quiet(ish) destination. Cheers!

Been wanting to stay here for awhile. But was disappointed. The aesthetic is nice with the baroque style. But once you get in you realize it’s only about the aesthetics. You can tell they put lipstick on a pig with this used to being an old ******. Wild Bill’s I believe. There was no stemware in the room. The coffee in the room was an up charge. The walls and doors are thin and we could hear every noise from other guests all night. The shower was nice though. Probably won’t stay there again.

I showed up at 430pm, they said they didn't have the room I booked ready yet, so if I wanted to check in I would have to pay $40 to upgrade. After waiting about 30 mins I was told I could check in if I switched from a 1 bed to a 2 bed room, so I did that. When I got to the room the door was so damaged that it wouldn't close.

Poorly staffed….we felt nickel & dimed for everything…was very difficult to find anyone to answer simple questions….no ice on any floor…..only one person working the ‘Eatwell’, which backed up to very long lines for just a simple coffee order. Was advised to order online & pickup, and after an hour went to check on order which hadn’t been received….just chaotic all around. We did like that the ****** is nice and quiet if you don’t like busy crowds.

The rooms are really small and not well laid out. Needs updating. The music from the nightclub on property was very loud until early hours of the morning and could be heard in our room very clearly

The bathroom sink and shower were backed up. There was black mold in the shower. Room was not cleaned thoroughly, found candy on the floor. Overall, the hotel and rooms are rundown.

King Luxury Room Pros: About middle of the *****, most everything was within walking distance. Parking garage was easily accessible, and close. Smaller property, which made getting to room quickly. Friendly and helpful staff. Unique room decor and furnishings. Comfortable bed and pillows. Large tv. Cons: Very dirty and dusty, found a XXXL women’s black thong just under the couch full of dust (so it’s been there awhile). Bad lighting in room. Can’t use fridge/mini bar for personal items. Be nice to have bed made and fresh towels daily instead of finding a maid. Room needs some maintenance and updates. All in all, I would stay here again for the convenience and smaller property. The lobby and gaming area is about the perfect size. The parking garage is the one of the better ones for size and location to hotel.
