Please move a grill from covered patio area to backyard when you use it. 1.Smoking indoors is not permitted. Any smoking inside the house will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee. 2. When you go outside please make sure the door is closed behind you. 3. Please do not eat food in the bedroom. 4. You may use the washing machine and dryer and all supplies during your stay. 5. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 8:00am 6. All guests stay overnight must be listed. 7. Feel free to help yourself with all amenities during your stay. Respect all amenities and house equipment. Any damage and missing items will be charged. 8. Our neighbors will call the police if there is loud music after 10pm, so please keep your music down. 9. Do not touch, move or disconnect any wiring from the walls. 10. Owner is not responsible for damage or loss of guest's personal belonging. The cleaning fee is for general cleaning only, which includes vacuum, floor mop, dusting, changing of sheets, and trash disposal. The cleaning crew will charge me extra if they have to remove stains, put furniture back to the correct place, deodorize smoke, or attend to any other time consuming actions to bring my home back to rentable state.
