Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I will surely do so again if ever in the area in the future. Really would like to rate this hotel a perfect 5 stars, but I find myself having to give it a 4-star rating. What I found surprising and disappointing was that the courtesy coffee located in dining area was never fresh during the afternoon and evening hours....it was always old and cold. This is something I never experienced at many other Holiday Inn Express over the past 15 years throughout the country.

Our flight was rerouted and thus, we ended up having to scramble around for lodging after we land. Chanced upon this property and on check-in, was pleasantly surprised with hotel and room condition. Would recommend if you are in the area as there is also Nevada’s oldest casino just beside this property, which is quite charming as well.

I accidentally left a baby shower gift in my room safe after checking out of the hotel. The following day, I called the hotel and Jonathan went out of his way to locate it and return it to me. Jonathan is a professional and honest staff member at this establishment. There are still good people in this world! He really deserves employee of the month. Upon check in, a female staff member greeted us and promptly processed our check in and informed us of the free breakfast from 6:30-930am. The room was clean and had a mini refrigerator, 2 complimentary bottled water, mini microwave, and a coffee machine with 3 complimentary coffee pods. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. The AC unit was louder than I expected. The excellent customer service really impressed me. The hotel would be great for a family. Parking is free.

CLEAN- QUIET- EASY TO FIND- need a hotel off the strip in a great location with plenty of restaurants in walking and driving distance? Look no further. This 4 story hotel has a decent free breakfast, clean quiet rooms and a small pool. You can do laundry there as well- NO pets(service animals only) and it is NON SMOKING. Very quiet, and restful. Loads of drawer space and wall plugs for devices. Decent sized small refrigerator, microwave and tv. Kept up hotel was clean- and I mean clean. You wont be disappointed. Enjoy your stay, and free breakfast, and come away rested.

Las Vegas Strip
We stayed two nights March 7-9. The hotel lobby, room, and breakfast area were all clean. The gentleman checking us in (Craig) was friendly and helpful. It was nice to be in a hotel with a no smoking policy. Most hotels and ******s along the strip wreaked from smoke. Not a far walk to the main Vegas strip. We used the Las Vegas Monorail to travel up and down the strip, runs quite frequently and is on time. You can get on behind The MGM hotel, which is across the street. Much cleaner than the bus. We did take the bus one evening to the old part of Vegas to see the light show. Not very impressed with the light show. We saw the Micheal Jackson One show at Mandalay Bay, which was an awesome show. Everything is within walking distance of this hotel and it is easy to cross the street. We used a taxi from the airport to the hotel and uber to travel back to the airport. Uber was half the price. Our checkout at the hotel was easy and billed accurate. Big thank you to Brice who assisted in getting uber working on my phone when we checked out. Definitely recommend this hotel.
