Few things werent that perfect, many ppl hv the same problem to use the room card to take elevator to their level! It’s happened to me twice in 3-night stay, every time when ur card doesnt work, u hv to go back to the front desk, get a looooooong line again to change a new card! Then u can get to ur floor then get in to ur room🤪 When i just checked in,front desk asked me if i need to clean the room, i said YES,but finally they didnt come to clean the room, told to the cleaners, they said u hv to go to front desk to tell them again🤪,then i needed to get a looooong line to wait again! 3rd one is the worse one, When i just checked in,fromt desk told me the room i booked online doesnt include mini fridge,if i wanna enjoy the trip more, i can upgrade the room to be bigger a big n it has mini fridge! She said only $19 for upgrading to that room! I was thinking about it, finally i didn’t update! But u know what… when i finally finished check in n got in to my room! I saw a mini fridge inside the room🤪

My leisure, libation, fun, enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The exotic cuisine is authentic that’s why I find it to be perfect and excellent. The service is attentive and personal at it’s best. Keep me in mind everytime you want to make a deal in your promotions and marketing. I can use a break such as freebies, discounts, comps., free play, that are worth coming back for as incentive to get me in the house to patronize your business. Make it competitive for there are others that want my business as well but not attractive enough of a proposal for me to splurge and spend my social security and pension in wholeheartedly without regret and restraint. The most important thing is that I paint the town red, go gallivanting, find pleasure and enjoyment in everything I do and not be dissapointed and discouraged or disgusted and annoyed/irritated. Make me happy, is that so much to ask ? As I know for certain that the House always wins.

Staff at the front desk was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff reaches out to you at least twice a day to see if there is anything you need...towels etc. The pool area is very nice and has a wonderful view of the city. When we first arrived the TV wasn't working properly, but after notifying Lorraine at the front desk, a service technician was there within minutes. One of the things that was a bit frustrating was the tv remote...unusual and a bit difficult to figure out. Also our only negative would be the elevators. They were very slow and not accurate as to what floor it was currently stopped on. It is a short walk to Las Vegas Boulevard. If we return to Las Vegas, we would definitely stay there again.

I came to this hotel based on online search reviews rating this hotel as 4 stars. The reviews must have been fake. The registration wouldn't allow me to view the room before checking in. Had I been allowed to do so I wouldn't have checked in. The room smelled like stinky feet. There was dust and dirt on everything. Each of the walls all had some kind of stains on them. The tub had hairs all over it. The plliow cases had stains on them. The windows were hard to see out of. Each of the two lamps in the room had a 4 watt light bulb and provided lighting similar to a tiny night light. The management offered to have someone check on the 4 watt bulbs but nothing about the filth in the room. The linens on the bed did seem clean. This is the first and last time I stay here at this $100 a night room.

Stayed here for half a month, the hotel environment is very good, the service is good, and the spa is very comfortable. Room facilities are complete, kitchen, washing machine, dryer are all available, it is recommended to book a luxurious one- or two-bedroom room, the price is super high. Except for weekends, there are not many people on weekdays, and it is quiet and suitable for vacation.
