This is a wonderful place, the best we ever stayed (and we travelled in domenican republic for 1 month) it's super clean, the rooms are like small apartments as they are so big and spacious. It's nothing like you will find around, fast WiFi as they have fiber, great water pressure and hot water, amazing pool, great outdoor functional kitchen with x2 sinks and cooking hobs and every room has also Air-conditioning and fans. the place is managed by this lovely Italian family who made it up really nice, up to Italian standards, not domenican standards, so it is really the best u can find in las terrenas. It has got a beautiful garden and it is behind gates in a lovely residential secured area 7mins from the beach and from the centre of the city ! I cannot recommend this place enough, happy to answer any questions, we stayed there a few days we didn't want to leave!

Everything was fine, except that the room smelled of cigarettes 🚬... And right in front of my room someone smoked every night 👎🏽... It should have a smoking-only area or express it that everything smells of cigarettes 🚬. Should be better!
