Excelente por algo repetimos en nuestros paseos a Madrid trato al cliente muy cercano amabilidad en todos los aspectos de hecho repito cada vez que vamos a Madrid nos alojamos aquí y lo recomendó habitaciones adaptadas para gente que tenemos movilidad reducida lo único tengo que comentar es que por m2 de parking si podía tener más de una plaza ya pasa miento para personas con discapacidad y vehículo y tarjeta en fin lo recomiendo al 100%

The staff and facilities of the hotel are very good. All in general perfect. We have enjoyed it very much. They have to control a little more the bathrooms that was dirty the vater. The rest very good. Reception girls a 10. The detail of the 24-hour coffee is very good. Easy to park and free. We have been very happy. That's why we miss previous bad comments. Location is great just a few minutes from Las Rozas Shopping Village, 25mins from the airport and only 20mins from the city of Madrid. Check in was smooth and I was helped by a lovely guy on reception. I didnt engage with many staff at this hotel but those I did were all friendly and polite. Guest room was on the first floor, shower was powerful although temperature of the water kept changing. Amenities are very basic, just shower gel and shampoo. You get 2 bottles of water that I found in the mini fridge. Bed was comfy and WiFi was pretty good but did buffer during busy times of day. Breakfast was a very simple affair. Few very greasy fried eggs and bacon or frittata under a heat lamp, then just cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and pastries. Plenty of coffee and juice. Negatives of the hotel.. 1. It was very noisy. Sound travels easily in this hotel. I could hear slamming doors, people walking about above my room, water pipes, even people coughing in other rooms, not ideal for light sleepers. 2. I had a do not disturb sign on my door but house keeping ignored this and came in while I was out to clean the room anyway. 3. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. 4. No plugs by the bedside.

I ve faced with a Terrible staff at the reception. We are a family with 2 kids . We get 2 rooms. We have arrived to the hotel after dinner. One of the keys did not work . I took it and take it to the lady at the reception and asked politely to assign the key again. She checked and with a sullen face said that”this is the other rooms key” . Altough we have already checked the other room as well, I said ok, go back and try once more, it still did not work. Than turn back to the reception again. There were two customers waiting Infront of the reception. I apologized them and said to the lady that this key does not work. She said that ,with a face and a voice , as if she is an angry and ugly faced teacher that will give a stick! , ”You have to wait before these customers”. She tried to command. Despite I apologize to the people waiting Infront of the desk and my kids was sleeping on our shoulder, we had this disservice. One worker may not reflect an establishment`s manner , however this terrible and unacceptable service is the hotel's fault. A customer is the most important value of an establishment , and everybody work for have to know that. As a result ”She hit the wrong stone !

The location is relatively close to las Rozas village, next to the gas station, you can get there directly when you get off the highway, there is free parking, the room is larger and more comfortable, there is also an elevator, there is a breakfast buffet the next day, and the front desk is also fluent in English , Very good communication. This one is another one we ordered on Ctrip. I found out that someone said I didn’t make a reservation, so I exchanged it with the customer service temporarily, and the customer service made up the price difference, which is very good~

This hotel location is suitable for shopping in the shopping village, which is very convenient, but it is not suitable for sightseeing. It takes 20 kilometers to the urban area. It is very quiet and convenient for parking.
