The experience at the hotel has been VERY bad, to begin with the soundproofing of the rooms is non-existent, so much so that we had to ask to change rooms for the next day since I could even hear the snoring of the guests next door perfectly, but The change was worse because on this second night we listened with fury and signals to what the next room was doing, like a couple in heat, screaming like crazy and unable to sleep (change that cost us an extra €6).
In addition, in this second, more “Premium” room, the thermostat was broken and did not heat the room. We called the staff and they came to check it out, but they told us that they couldn't do anything about the noise or the temperature because they were full. And to make matters worse, the outside light was impossible to cover, coming in early in the morning.
The only thing I give good marks to is the hotel staff. The rest is zero. Horrible experience that I will not repeat
