Didn’t have the breakfast. Only one bottle of water in the room.

Everything normal. Close to airport is very good for transit or early flight

房間不錯。早餐也還不錯。酒店班車方便去機場。

The room was nice. Breakfast was pretty good too. The hotel shuttle is convenient to the airport.

預約好的接機服務結果車沒有過來，衹好打車過去。除此以外都還好

The scheduled pick-up service didn't come, so I had to take a taxi. Other than that everything is fine

房間安靜，交通方便，離機場很近 20 分鐘左右

有shuttle bus 很方便，房間也不錯

due airplane delayed we went to Hotel but during check-in the recepcionist behavior was bad, because i wait during 30 min and after i asked about my check in, but the recepcionist only respond me in a bad way to need wait more time, when she only checked her business even other guests realized their bad treatment, and when receive my card she didn´t explain me anything about the light,  and she didn´t give another card that i need to activate the lights until i asked her again,  and the next day during breakfast although i ask t staff how to prepare Chilaquiles, just only reply us that they didn't speak english, so i would like to say that services would be better, but not now.

Nice clean, quiet and comfortable room on 5th floor. Free shuttle to/from GDL very efficient.  Lobby was decorated very nicely for the holiday.   As always, front desk team energetic, glad to help and provide recommendations for dinner. Very pleased with this stay!

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was reasonable, especially the great fruits offered. The location is not far from the airport.  The only negatives is a bit of traffic noise (bring ear plugs lol) and the shuttle (one hour wait seems unreasonable given the short distance)
