"The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect—very convenient and close to everything we needed, which made our stay much easier and enjoyable. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.
However, the Wi-Fi in our room was quite slow, which made it difficult to get some work done and stay connected. If this could be improved, the experience would be close to perfect.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you prioritize location and comfort, but I hope the internet connection gets upgraded soon"

"1. We checked in 2:30 pm and they said check in time is 3:00 pm.. and since early check in , the 3k deposit cant be be waived . However saw their compendium and it says 2:00 pm check in. So i insisted , good they waived the 3k deposit... but still contradicting policy
2 . They should taste the free coffee in the room.. grabe ang same ng lasa . Their manager should taste it Now so theyll know how bad it tastes.
3 the headboard is dusty . Triggers my rhinitis

"The room is nice but no trash bins. The hotel location is far from any establishments such as ATM, market, malls and etc. The front desk has unpleasing vibes, she asked irrelevant and obvious questions and always in a hurry.
Overall, the room is nice, wifi is working and we were able to sleep."

JJhon_theGreatInitially, the staff were accommodating, helping me settle in and providing the essentials I needed. However, within an hour, their responsiveness declined significantly. For instance, I requested access to the Wi-Fi, which was available, but they refused to share the password. Instead, one staff member suggested I purchase mobile data, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated near malls and shops, which is a positive aspect. However, the building itself raises serious safety concerns. There were numerous gas tanks stored near the staircase, and the constant smell of overused oil permeated the area. These conditions are hazardous, and I strongly urge a fire inspector to assess the premises immediately.
Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was deeply disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. Red Doors needs to raise its standards and conduct thorough reviews of its partners to ensure guest satisfaction, enjoyment, and—most importantly—safety.
