3-Star Hotels in Las Palmas

I am happy to my stay with Secrotel Hotel Praque. I book it after checking reviews from other travelers comment. Yes, price is good and to it's location, it is close to shopping centre, restaurants and supermarkets. Staff are helpful. Buffet breakfast is good. Breakfast restaurant is on the top level of this hotel, we can enjoy stunning ocean view and sunlight while having breakfast. It is bonus. However, a minor thing I like to share is during busy morning especially when restaurant is full house, it always running out of coffee cups, juice glasses as well as cereal bowls. I cannot have to wait a long while for these 3 times from my 5 days breakfast. Maybe hotel can put some signage to suggest guests be eco-friendly minded to re-use glass, cup and bowl when refill. As I have seen some have 5 -6 cups and glass on a table. Bed is comfortable, room is clean with basic things you need. Yes, no electric kettle, no slippers as standard 3 stars hotel do. So, I have no complaint. There has no more noise from constructions, as this is my concern after reading other travelers comments in the pass. So I think all is done. Hotel locates next to taxi, bus station but not close to beach area. It's no problem to me for this winter travel. I am very happy for all. Definitely recommend it to others.

Sehr nette Gastgeber! Wir durften schon 2 Stunden früher aufs Zimmer und auch nach dem auschecken die schöne Dachterrasse mit Sonnenliegen nutzen. Die Ausstattung ist generell recht neu und hochwertig. Top Lage mit Strandnähe und nahe dem großen Hafen - kann man ideal mit einer Kreuzfahrt verbinden. Die Zimmer sind groß und Frühstück mit genug Auswahl und lecker!

Hotel muy bien ubicado, sin embargo las instalaciones son pobres, una pena porque ganaría mucho más. No hay aire acondicionado ni calefacción. La luz del baño muy floja tuve que usar la luz de mi móvil, wifi muy malo. Y había humedad en la pared de la ventana. Bueno era que había mini nevera, la cama cómoda y que los recepcionistas Víctor y Mohamed fueron muy amables, tuve un late checkout de cortesía por una hora más. Volvería si la atención se mantiene y precios no suben demasiado ya que las instalaciones son deficientes.

A large supermarket, daily necessities, fruit is still very cheap, it is closed at nine o'clock, pay attention in advance, because it is very close to the beach, swimming and sun is also very convenient. The room is very spacious, the two of us have anything to put, the bed is not too narrow, the bathroom is very spacious, and the cleaning is very clean The front desk is very welcoming and will say hello every time you enter or leave the hotel. There are not many types of breakfast, but there are some, fruit and meat, various bread, egg, ham, sausage, coffee juice, it is worth mentioning that there are freshly squeezed juice and yogurt, very good to drink The hotel has two terraces for sunbathing and the scenery is great. The room was very nice and clean, a little hot at night (there is air conditioning but unfortunately it makes me asleep with the burning air).The building is new and well maintained. There is no parking, so you need to turn somewhere around the neighbouring roads to find a place, but with a little patience you find. In general we were very good. Fantastic shower.

The hotel is well located and the staff is friendly. However, breakfast is served at another NH hotel located 200 metres away. I was never informed of this before booking. The facilities are very old, a fact that is particularly noticeable in the bathroom. The room had no natural light and had two really small single beds.
