Art Las Palmas

The accommodation provides a modern kitchen, comfortable beds, and exceptional cleanliness. Its convenient location near beaches and attractions, along with friendly staff, make it an ideal base for exploring.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Las Palmas. The 3 bedroom penthouse apartment unit with balcony and a laundry room unit was perfect size at a super great deal. We booked a 2 bedroom unit but were upgraded to the 3 bedroom penthouse, thanks to my relative there and Mr. Javier! The unit came with a parking spot in the basement that we did not use. They graciously provided us with a welcome basket with a bottle of bottle of wine, cheese, bread sticks, ground coffee packet and individual instant coffee packs, creamer, etc. The manager, Mr. Javier, was easily available in his office on the ground floor or his cellular phone. Location was convenient yet fairly quiet with small gas station convenience store right next door, a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, Salons, bars, etcetera all within short walking distance. More importantly, we felt safe in the neighborhood even while walking back at 3am! Overall, my family had a great stay during our 5 nights visit there. Planning another visit and stay there in 2-3 years!

Be clear on what this is and what it isn’t. This is an apartment hotel where you get a self-sufficient space to stay in while visiting Las Palmas. No room-service, pool or anything like that. Instead, you get a very clean and modern apartment, a good kitchen with the essentials, a full-size fridge and freezer, a laundry room with a washing machine... basically all you need for a home away for home. Exactly what we were looking for. The check-in was quick and efficient. Since the reception was open when we arrived, we used the “human” check-in, but I saw people also use the quite-easy self-service check-in. Lobby is large, clean and spacious, with plenty of communal area and a vending machine for snacks and some drinks. Everything about the hotel is modern and clean. Key access to the outside door and the elevator floor so you feel safe. The apartment was even better that we expected. Spacious, clean and very well furnished and equipped. We did get a fantastic welcome basket, but even if you came to an empty house there are supermarkets only a couple of minutes away. Nothing is crowded. Everything spacious. Nothing is worn and tired, everything worked perfectly. I definitely recommend this hotel and it fully passes my hotel-litmus-test: Would I stay there again? The answer is a definite YES.
