The girl at the reception was very friendly, above Atleti…you couldn't ask for more!
Very close to the best beach in Las Palmas, and very clean, very spacious, very large beds and a very cool terrace

Good for the price, close to the sea, Las Canteras, restaurants, some shops. Rooms are basic, small bed, good kitchen, nice staff. Street is not something special. Quite big rooms. Nice to have a balcony. Would recommend for a couple day stay.

Arrived at apartment to be given our room unpacked then out to dinner then had a call from the apartment to say we were given the wrong room and we would need to move explained we are out to dinner and will not be back till later on arriving back we could not assess out room next thing gets a text to say we are now in a different room they entered our room removed our belongings and my husbands medical equipment and bundled them in to a new room to say I was shocked at this treatment is a understated feel our privacy has been invaded please think twice on booking

These apartments are in a great location near the beach, plenty of good restaurants in the area and a supermarket a couple of minutes walk up the road. The apartment was clean and modern, a bit smaller than I expected but comfortable. However there was two problems with the apartment, the sound proofing is rubbish and there was a distinct smell of stale smoke, smoking on the balcony with the doors open will easily allow the smoke to enter the apartment. There was a great combination shower with plenty hot water and the staff were very helpful.

WE WILL NOT REPEAT We went for a family weekend (2 adults and 2 LITTLE girls). We chose the SENIOR SUITE. Surprise that upon arrival they told us that the elevator to our room does not work. It only went up to the fourth floor and we had to go up one floor on foot with TWO SMALL GIRLS, SUITCASES AND TROLLEYS (two sets of stairs). I think they could have placed us on the floor where the elevator arrived... but oh well. The water in the sink was leaking and one of the girls slipped and fell. And they only told us that the maintenance man would come the next day. They didn't have a frying pan to cook with and we also had to wait for the next day. Anyway. They did not explain to us how the keys worked to enter and exit the building or how the jacuzzi worked. Again having to contact the person in charge continually. She kindly assisted us but come on, all those explanations should be when checking in. Anyway... Also, the room didn't smell good, like a dirty downpipe and the poor ventilation didn't help. Furthermore, we were 4 people in the room and we only had 2 towels and 2 mini shower gels. Let's see, we go with little girls and we shower every day because, obviously, we go to the beach, we have sand, etc. We asked for the possibility of a late check-out, taking into account that we were going as a family and it took much longer for everything and, even though they had no new guests coming in, they told us that the supplement is 20 euros. Oh really??? Anyway... The truth is that we will not return, it was our second time there and despite having given them a second chance, taking into account that it is not cheap at all, we will not return.

Very new and spacious apartment. They do not have air conditioning. Fair price for the services provided. Not recommended during hot weather. Good location to see the beach and the city. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need.
