La información que aparece en la aplicación Trip.com del hotel Gran Marina Suites de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria es errónea. En la suite Filipinas (así como en la Canarias, Africa, ...) pone dos camas dobles y NO ES REAL, son dos camas individuales y una supletoria.
Las camas individuales aunque pequeñas son cómodas. La supletoria un infierno de somier de muelles.
Viajábamos una pareja con un niño de 11 años, que estuvo muy incómodo en esa cama, que no dejaba espacio ni para pasar y las dimensiones eran muy pequeñas. Además de que ni siquiera le pusieron el edredón que sí tenían las otras dos camas, solo la sábana.
Respecto al menaje de cocina también estaba preparado solo para dos (dos platos, dos tazas, dos vasos...).
Sobre el tamaño de las camas contactamos con el hotel y no propusieron ninguna solución, delegando totalmente su responsabilidad en la web TRIP.COM. Quienes entiendo que únicamente publicarán la información proporcionada por el hotel.
Siendo bastante desagradables en su respuesta. Justificando que ellos en su web proporcionaban bien la información y que éramos nosotros quienes habíamos reservado esa habitación.
Respecto a la limpieza, como se puede ver en las fotos, había partes muy deterioradas, como la ducha, el contorno de la fregadera y el frontal de la vitrocerámica.
En 5 días/4 noches de estancia únicamente limpiaron la habitación 1 vez. Muy buen olor en los pasillos pero bastante malo en las habitaciones. Además el extractor del baño no funcionaba y la ducha encharcaba toda la zona, siendo necesario colocar toallas para que no se extendiera el agua.

This is a hidden gem, in a fab location at a brilliant price. The room was spacious, spotless and delightfully comfortable. We were also able to check in several hours early which was very useful. The welcome package of teas, coffee, biscuits, crisps, water etc was most welcome. On top of that, there was a fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, plates glasses etc so a real treat compared to an ordinary hotel room. There is no reception in the hotel part, only next door which is open 10am to 2pm I think. Access is via a code provided by them. Put their number into whatsapp and message directly for check in details. Paula was delightful to talk with and more than helpful. I go to Las Palmas about 3 times a year so this is now my default go to place. 😁

We stopped here in February 2019 and enjoyed it, so re-booked for first week this November. There are 4 apartments and we have now been in La Suite 17 on the very top floor twice. It has a nice outdoor terrace equipped with sunbed, table and chairs and a wall mounted shower. There is a view over some of the city streets taking in the indoor market and it's a very short walk to Las Canteras beach. The apartment itself is modern, clean and well equipped. Decent Aircon and electrically operated blackout blinds, all from central control and switches near windows/thermostats in two rooms. One recommendation. Remove the dishwasher, as it looks like it's never been used and install a fan oven (there's a hob and microwave) Large fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle (Smeg stuff) and plenty of crockery etc (but please get some wine glasses in there) Also a selection of olives, biscuits and the like left for us, which was a nice touch. The owner has acquired the building next door and is currently building new apartments. We had some construction noise, which we didn't know about, but nothing too continuous, or at silly times, but when it got going it was hammer drilling and was loud. Overall I would definitely recommend these apartments and have booked for November next year. 9.5 out of 10

We stayed at the Marina Hotel 25th September for 7 days. It was a 60th Birthday treat for my husband. I cannot praise the holiday enough. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and covid conscious. All the staff were welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed in room 920, had a sea and harbour view which was lovely. Our suite was huge. We had a lovely bottle of wine and chocolate waiting for us in the room. Suite was cleaned daily and clean towels by the pool every day. Also a bonus that we didn't have to reserve a sun bed early as plenty available. The highlight was the amazing infinity pool and amazing sea view while on the pool. We will definitely return to the Marina Suite. Thank you for making my husbands special Birthday one to remember. David and Lynne Williams

El alojamiento estaba muy bien y la estancia ha sido magnifica pero sin lugar a dudas lo mejor ha sido el personal. Las chicas de la oficina que nos atendieron , la chica de la limpieza nos han ayudado en todo además de ser encantadoras todas. Ha sido un gran placer conocerlas y alojarnos en el apartamento. Muchísimas gracias a todos por su gran amabilidad.
