Not good at all.. We got their "superior room" option which had windows towards the street but the street was so narrow that it was impossible to open the curtains without the neighbors have a full view of our room. So you can just count it as rooms with no window. The lighting in the room was also terrible. The hotel was dirty and towels and bed sheets had yellow/brown stains on them!! The checkin was done biq whatsapp!! (Which was their main communication channel) And in the property by random people sitting next door to the hotel, which is not secure at all. We asked for toilet papers and did not receive any response despite they saw the message in whatsapp. We finally ended up buying on our own. The room was not at all sound proof and we could hear noises from other rooms, stairs and the street. The neighborhood was also quite bad and you could hear people shouting, crying or riding loud motorcycles in the middle of the night.

Good things: Clean room. Good location. Affordable. Bad: The checkin process is bad, we almost didnt get in to the hotell at all, with two tired children at 23:00. Booked for 4 people. Bed linens for two only. There are no drawers to but anything away. Cutlery only for two people, two forks, two knives, two spoons and so on. Road noise is bad, bring earplugs. No vaccum cleaner or even a broom. The room was basically little las canteras beach at the end of the week. Tried calling them during checkin and pressed 2 for english, the person didnt really speak english. Everything worked out but honestly, if they cant even give you the code to the door to actually get into the hotell to start the checkin process thats pretty bad, if it wasnt for a kind spanish speaking guest that talked to them on our behalf we would not have been able to check in because the check in computer didnt work. I contacted them a week before we arrived and they said that they would send us the check in process the day we arrived, they didnt. Things to improve: Fix the broken check in process. If a family of four books a room there should be stuff there for four people. Give every room a broom to sweep the floors.
