I liked the Location near to beach, and nice pool on rooftop.

Central & friendly hotel minutes walk from seafront. Front desk very helpful and attentive. Breakfast plentiful and many choices. Small pool and sun terrace on rooftop. Nice bar with snacks on same level. We had a superior room on 5th floor.

Second time at this hotel and we were glad we returned. We would definitely go back. There are a lot of positives at this hotel- the location is excellent, close to a great beach and all that the city offers with a taxi rank outside, the bar is very good and pleasant to sit in with reasonable prices and never too busy, reception staff are helpful, cleanliness is of a high standard- we were delighted to have rooms cleaned daily and towels changed. The pool area was nice and never too busy-we only once couldn’t get a sunbed there. They also have a sauna which looks nice and a small gym. We were staying on half board basis. Breakfast was good with decent choices but samey, tended to be busy and machine coffee not great. The bar has good coffee though. It’s much quieter in the evening and we mostly enjoyed the evening meals, not much choice and again samey but we were happy enough. It appears to be mostly Spanish tourists who stay here and there have been school parties both times we stayed but not a problem for noise.In fact, the children were very polite. The only downside is that the room is a bit basic and dated; the shower filled up very quickly which was problematic and there are not enough electrical sockets. However, all the positives made up for this. Las Palmas is a nice city to visit.

Staff amazing, the manager shocking behaviour, no customer service skills whatsoever, he obviously puts profit before wellbeing extremely sad. Rather than call an ambulance for my husband's sugar level, we only asked for a sachet of sugar and was charged 3 euros. I know how pathetic to complain but when you have diabetes it's life threatening. The staff were fabulous, even the waiter panicked and poured boiling hot water over my husbands legs. That's fine, he was sincere and passionate as he just wanted my husband to be okay. Please consider who you employ as managers as I feel extremely sorry for the staff to put up with working for someone like that.

Booked last minute and this was the perfect hotel for a 4 night stay, we wish we were there for longer. The hotel is in a perfect location with everything you need around, the supermarket is very close and has good prices too. The beach is very close and lots of places to eat. The rooftop at the hotel was lovely, the cocktails were very nice. The pool felt so nice and warm on a windy day, and the gym is very big and clean and you can workout with a lovely view. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with good water pressure in the shower and nice and warm. The beds were very comfortable, we slept so well and felt so refreshed when we woke up. The air conditioning was excellent too and made the room nice and cool. All of the staff we spoke to were lovely and so polite and always available to help. We are already looking at going back here as we loved it so much.
