The sofa where my daughter was going to sleep was totally dirty. So much so that the central part was covered with a sheet. After our complaints, as a solution, they offered us extra towels to cover the dirt on the armrests! When asked if they would let their children (or anyone) sleep on that sofa, they answer that they do not answer personal questions. We have left with three days paid in advance due to the inoperability of the establishment to resolve this unfortunate situation.
