Room 307 not a good room for vacation, small and to the back yard - a lot of noice from 06.30 due to laundry and trucks - Reception staff friendly but not very smiling ? - Good morning restaurant - Hotel placed in the old harper and good for walks and restaurants - nive beach, but no pool in the hotel.... For the money paid - not a place I can recoment.

When it comes to the rooms, this is definitely one of the more basic NH hotels I have stayed in, however the location is second to none. Right in the heart of Las Canteras, you have the beach a 10 second walk away, along with all of the shops and restaurants you could possibly need. Breakfast here is great, a smaller selection compared to the bigger resorts, however here less really is more as it is wonderfully presented and of a high quality. (Good canarian products on offer too). Having my breakfast whilst over looking the beach-front location is always a highlight of my stay. Again, the rooms are pretty basic, on the smaller side and fairly dark (and I always seem to be unlucky in terms of the view from my room) but if you aren't going to spend too much time in the room, the location really does make up for it.

We are staying here because of our company. 3days from january 20-23, 2024. No problem with food and housekeeping service. Some of the receptionist are very nice also specially Justin. He was very accommodating. But this guy in the night shift, he was very rude and ******. Maybe because we are ASIAN that's why he speaks sooo rude and with no respect. We were in the lobby around 11 or 11:30, he just turn off the lights while we are drinking. And that happening is tonight! I'm really disappointed together with my colleagues. If we did something wrong or what, he should talk to us with respect, not in anger. Really a very rude guy!

Well situated and fine hotel, very close to the beach and restaurants. Excellent breakfast with a large number of choices and very nice staff. Try out their omelets. Cleaning and service facilities also to a rather high standard.

We enjoyed our stay at this excellent hotel. Breakfast was superb, so much choice and a sea view! Our room was perfect; comfortable, modern and quiet air conditioning. This hotel has a great location, close to the beach and nearby attractions. We highly recommend this hotel.

Our reservation through *********** fell through, and we were desperate to find somewhere to stay the night; this is at 5pm in the evening. We found the NH hotel, and it was brilliant. There are 2 in Las Palmas fairly close to each other, and we were delighted with the room. Very friendly and helpful staff booking us in and the following morning, checking us out, including offering to help us with our luggage. Great location, bang on the beach, at the nice end near the better restaurants. We haven't stayed with this chain before, but we'll look out for it in the future. Room very clean, bathroom great with very good shower, window looking onto forecourt, which was fine, and within walking distance of everything!!! We'll book with NH again and thank you to the staff for being so helpful and kind, plus recommending some great local restaurants.

Very small room, compare with other times. Two beds, very small table. No space to move in the room. Windows can not be open. Bathroom fine. Service fine as always. For the price, It was a very surprise.

Good place, close to the beach and with multiple food options. Friendly staff. Sadly, none of the rooms are sea facing and also the hotel doesn't have a breakfast option of their own. However, the group hotel NH Imperial is just a few minutes away and provides buffet breakfast options.
