We have loved our stay. It is the perfect location in the old town - an absolutely beautiful spot, but so easy to get to the rest of the city. The service has been efficient but keeping a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The breakfasts are delicious, and the quiet bar is only for customers in the evening which is a lovely. We nearly didn’t book because of the complaint on one of the reviews about the noise but we are in one of the internal rooms on the third floor and honestly haven’t heard a peep - slept like babies. If we were staying longer however we might have chosen the sister hotel instead as that has a lovely looking rooftop terrace and teeny pool, for more lazy days.

This boutique hotel is a gem. The younger energetic staff are friendly and are eager to help with questions about the area. Located in the historic area, it is the perfect location to find plenty of great cafes, restaurants, bars, and shopping options which are easily walkable. We loved the location and it’s less touristy than the big congested area of Las Palmas. The hotel is beautifully appointed with updates while still showcasing the grand old world charm. A great breakfast in the charming ground floor cafe is included with lots of choices to please most anyone. My husband and I highly recommend this adult only hotel for a romantic and comfortable stay. We hope to return soon!

Nice, clean and central hotel - good breakfast

Little noicy with old windows against the street, and indoors against the hallway, but no big deal.

Fabulous hotel. Great bed to sleep and lovely room furnishings. Beautiful views from our room. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

Loved This hotel! So close to Las Palmas and a varity of restaurants, shops and culture VERY Nice staff, helpful and loveable! Room Nice and clean Very Good breakfast, some mornings very busy. IF wellness center available, Even better! I hope to return!

Great location, super staff , competitive pricing . Breakfast is decent , with access to their sister hotels pool available upon request. The rooms facing the street attract a lot of noise , however , they are lovely and the hotel will supply ear plugs if required . All in all , I would have no hesitation in returning .

The property is ideally located adjacent to the cathedral and the historic buildings. The staff, from receptionists to room service, are all very friendly, slimly and helpful. Breakfast is good, Bus transportation, restaurants, shopping all nearby, no need for costly taxis.
The property has no glassing for sound proofing, therefore expect noise from the cobble street, Cars, road services machinery, beer bar adjacent to the hotel and general public visiting the cathedral. Light sleepers beware. No tea making facility in the room or a stocked bar. Water is provided every day. The staff will provide you with a kettle if you ask.

Staff are friendly, helpful and competent. Speak good English. Room was a little on small side, but very nice, very clean, stylish, comfortable. Fantastic shower. Would have liked an English-speaking channel that wasn’t a news channel. Would be useful if they provided kettle and mugs in room without having to ask. Hotel breakfast delicious with varied options. Location is fantastic - middle of the historic old town, lovely cathedral, museums and gallery, nice restaurants, bars, cafes, great food market all on the doorstep. Main shopping streets for fashion, necessities and a wonderful gelataria/patisserie 10 minutes walk. Cantera beach 10 min bus ride. Bus station with good bus system for the whole island close by.
