On arrival Gabby was friendly and helpful with information and a personal touch which I appreciated. The hotel is in a beautiful historic building with equally beautiful modern rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom beautiful with high quality fittings. My room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. I have to mention Beatrice who I had lovely conversations with...smiley face. Thank you for my very early morning breakfast when I was leaving, very kind and thoughtful. I had my birthday whilst I was staying and was surprised at breakfast with picture worthy pancakes and fruits, thank you.

We stayed for three nights. The hotel is new and in a very convenient location. Our room was small but nicely designed, facing an internal patio — it didn’t get much natural light during the day, but it was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was à la carte with a few options, and although the choice was limited, everything was well cooked and beautifully presented. Overall, a comfortable stay in a stylish new hotel.

The Masanet Emblematic Hotel was more than we could have hoped for. The rooms were fabulous, the breakfast delicious and the location was awesome. Really. But the absolute best part of our stay was the staff! Truly amazing. Gabrielle, Beatrice, Louis and the kitchen team all went above and beyond. Making calls for missing luggage, guiding our shopping trips (no luggage, no clothes), always greeting us with smiles accompanied by a tasty breakfast, calling taxis, the list is endless. They are an amazing group of people who I’m so happy to have met.

This was our second stay this year, and once again the wonderful and caring staff welcomed us on our return. This adult only boutique hotel is beautifully appointed while preserving it’s old world charm. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean rooms and a wonderful selection of breakfast goodies which is included to start your day off right. This historic area is full of cafes, bars, and restaurants that are all within easy walking distance. Less touristy than the city center, but full of charm without all of the traffic and crowds. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for location, comfort, style, and great service. We hope to return again! Thanks for another stay!

We have loved our stay. It is the perfect location in the old town - an absolutely beautiful spot, but so easy to get to the rest of the city. The service has been efficient but keeping a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The breakfasts are delicious, and the quiet bar is only for customers in the evening which is a lovely. We nearly didn’t book because of the complaint on one of the reviews about the noise but we are in one of the internal rooms on the third floor and honestly haven’t heard a peep - slept like babies. If we were staying longer however we might have chosen the sister hotel instead as that has a lovely looking rooftop terrace and teeny pool, for more lazy days.

This boutique hotel is a gem. The younger energetic staff are friendly and are eager to help with questions about the area. Located in the historic area, it is the perfect location to find plenty of great cafes, restaurants, bars, and shopping options which are easily walkable. We loved the location and it’s less touristy than the big congested area of Las Palmas. The hotel is beautifully appointed with updates while still showcasing the grand old world charm. A great breakfast in the charming ground floor cafe is included with lots of choices to please most anyone. My husband and I highly recommend this adult only hotel for a romantic and comfortable stay. We hope to return soon!

Nice, clean and central hotel - good breakfast
Neat boutique-hotel, nice breakfast.
Little noicy with old windows against the street, and indoors against the hallway, but no big deal.
