We really enjoyed our stay at The Stay Las Palmas. The transfer from the airport was there when we arrived and dropped us at the door of the building. Accessing the apartment was simple and the apartment itself was spacious, clean and bright. Little touches like the bottle of water, coffee/tea and cooking oil were appreciated. Bed was comfortable, air-con worked well, we had plenty of towels, wi-fi worked well. Great tv but nothing in English. We figured out how to watch programmes on a couple of channels in their original English audio. Pablo was discreet but checked that everything was ok. We couldn't have asked for a better location - the daily market was only a minute away, a large supermaket about five and the apartment was right in the middle of the old city. There was a greet selection of shops and restuarants nearby - I mean within a couple of minutes walk - and the tour bus stopped outside the door! Thanks Pablo!

The spacious apartment is immaculate and extremely comfortable. Equipped with everything you might need for cooking, our apartment was ideally sited for visiting the old part and also for travelling further afield from Teatro or the San Telmo station. What particularly pleased us was the fact that instructions for access were clear and actually worked. There is nothing worse than not being able to gain access with no means of contacting anyone, and this does happen more often than you think. Pablo was extremely helpful ensuring that we had everything we wanted so this is a perfect place to stay.
