The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The facilities are well maintained. You most look and find the residents turkeys. The breakfast was well sorted, clean display of the choices and available dietary choices, particularly gluten free.

Buen hotel para descansar durante dos días tras haber rodado en bicicleta por la gran y bonita vía verde del Santander mediterráneo. Los dueños además de personas buenas de las que quedan pocas , unos grandes profesionales y simpáticos el establecimiento muy confortable , bonito y por ahí he leído algo sobre las almohadas , pues si son estupendas para dormir muy a gusto. Calidad precio de sobresaliente y un desayuno que en algún hotel de cuatro estrellas quisieran dar , he desayunado como un marqués Jose muchas gracias por el detalle de la bebida de avena siempre me acordaré del comentario de como ordeñar un grano de la misma. Jajajaja. Bueno en resumen un diez para vosotros y no dudo que volveré con la familia. Agur eta eskerrik asco.

Todo muy bien, pero lo que quiero resaltar es la amabilidad y profesionalidad de las camareras,, que pese a la larga jornada de trabajo, nos sirvieron en todo momento con simpatía y amabilidad, en ningún momento se desdibuja la sonrisa en sus caras

Destacar la amabilidad de los gerentes y el personal, sin embargo la moqueta, que para los alérgicos es lo peor, los pelos en la bañera y en el sumidero de la misma y el ruido nocturno de una bomba de agua de riego de un campo cercano, no hicieron muy agradable la estancia.

Forme parte de un grupo de Galicia q se alojó durante 3 días en el hotel Alhalama situado al norte de Burgos. He de resaltar q no esperaba encontrar un hotel con gente tan agradable y entregada, desde los dueños hasta el personal de servicio. A todos nos sorprendió y muy gratamente. El grupo en su conjunto les otorgó un 20 sobre 10. Esto lo dice todo. Pero yo quiero hacer resaltar al personal de servicio q nos atendió q aparte de hacer extraordinariamente su trabajo fue cómplice de nuestras juergas tanbien hay q resaltar la limpieza del hotel y sus comidas. ..vamos q no pudimos estar mejor. Gracias mil x vuestra hospitalidad y un gran abrazo desde Galicia

Fuimos desde avila buscando descanso y unos días de desconexión y no pudimos acertar mejor . La pareja que lleva el hotel encantadores, amables y muy profesionales . Nos ayudaron con las rutas para hacer y un gran acierto . Muchísimas gracias por habernos ayudado a disfrutar de unos grandes días en conexión con la naturaleza y belleza de esos lugares . Situado a un par de kilómetros del pueblo, en una zona tranquila, con una gran zona ajardinada y un amplio parking. Habitación para tres personas de tamaño adecuado, limpia, camas cómodas y con una nevera (que va muy bien en verano). Cuarto de baño grande y moderno (algunos tienen placa en lugar de ducha). Desayuno bufet muy completo con fiambres, fruta, bollería, etc. Dueños simpáticos, con gran atención a las necesidades de los clientes. Gran relación precio/calidad.
