We arrived at 4 pm to find the hotel closed. We rang a number of the keypad and a man gave us an access code, he told us to let ourselves in as the hotel, bar & restaurant were all closed. He told us to choose any room we wanted as the hotel was empty. At around 6pm, Ramon, mentioned by many, appeared and confirmed the restaurant and bar were closed and that he had tried to get our contact details from *********** but they would not pass them on, to say they were closed. He then said he would provide Fruit Juice, Petit Magdalena, and hot milk and coffee for breakfast. Which he did at 7pm. So by the time we hot up at 7am the coffee and milk were cold. Not that it mattered as my wife doesn't drink coffee. We could only find one bar in the town that was open, so had a couple of plates of tapas there. The rooms in the hotel are basic but acceptable. However as the hotel was closed, there was no heating on, so they were cold. Hence, the low score, I would not come here in the winter months. Also, be aware it would seem most of the restaurants in town are closed during the week.

Este hotel está situado en la plaza del pueblo, en una zona muy agradable. Está totalmente renovado y la habitación y el baño estaban relucientes. La gente que lo atiende es simpática y servicial. Lo único malo fue que a pesar de que tienen carteles que explican que a las 21:00 hay posibilidad de cenar, nosotros no la tuvimos, ya que la persona a cargo del bar nos dijo a todos los huéspedes que como mucho nos hacía un bocata de jamón, pero que nada que hubiera que cocinar. Menos mal que al día siguiente nos dieron bien de desayunar.

El establecimiento no cumple con la normativa El Real Decreto 933/2021 que establece nuevas obligaciones de registro de viajeros en el que consta la solicitud de determinados datos de los huéspedes. La norma aplica a todo tipo de operadores turísticos que tienen la obligación de identificar ante las autoridades a los huéspedes a los que alquilan sus alojamientos, aquí llegas te tiran la llave en la barra del bar y ese es todo el check in que te hacen, no te piden un dato,un dni ni nada! totalmente ilegal. El ruido es insoportable, las habitaciones están encima de su propio bar y el aislamiento es nulo! No hemos podido dormir hasta las 5 de la mañana que han cerrado, a las siete de la mañana han empezado los camiones a descargar mercancía en la plaza con lo cual nuestro descanso en este hotel ha sido dos horas. Señalar además que el Colchon, era malísimo y hundías en el centro, así que dormir dos personas se hace muy incómodo, te atrapa y no puedes moverte en toda la noche! Entre eso y el ruido, una pesadilla. La ducha del baño enano, se sale así que si dejas tu neceser en el suelo porque no hay espacio, se te empapa todo. El dueño del bar de abajo, el que te tira las llaves en el check in es maleducado y desagradable te habla a gritos. La terraza del bar la tienes debajo de la ventana y cómo está es de muy mala calidad es aislamiento del ruido es nulo también, es insoportable e imposible descansar en este alojamiento que lo único a destacar que tiene es la limpieza. SITIO PARA NO VOLVER JAMAS!

Fuimos al restaurante y es súper recomendable. Es Manu del día pero este es extenso y de buena calidad. No es barato-24€ persona- pero incluye agua, vino, gaseosa, 5 p 6 platos para elegir de primero y segundo y postre y café. Comimos croquetas , rodaballo y carne. Postre : moisés de limón y tarta de queso. Todo correcto y en su punto.

Muy acogedor, ubicación impresionante instalaciones nuevas y en perfecto estado. Merece la pena pasar un finde en esta gran localidad castellana y el sitio es inmejorable. Cualquier cosa que necesitéis Ramón te lo facilita. Todo lo acompaña con una gran cocina

Elegí este hotel dejandome llevar por las opiniones de otros clientes.Las fotos que muestran de las habitaciones no corresponden con la realidad ( ,por lo menos la que a mí me dieron.).El personal muy antipático y total dejadez en la limpieza general tanto en la habitación como en el restaurante.

La casa está muy bien situada y con facilidad de aparcamiento.La limpieza bien y el colchón y almohadas cómodas. El desayuno lo que pidas. Económico. El único detalle fue a la llegada cuando al darnos las dos almohadas a mayores que teníamos en observaciones de la reserva, nos la dan sin almohadón y al pedírselo la contestación fue que para una de ellas que era un cuadrante, no tenían. Que la pusiéramos por debajo de la otra. Y al encontrar la habitación bastante caliente, su respuesta fue que no sabía que le pasaba al aire acondicionado, que abriéramos un rato la ventana. Nos impresionó el recibimiento pues las críticas en cuanto a los anfitriones eran muy buenas. Todo lo demás correcto, pero el impacto fue brutal. Aún con esas, estuvimos cómodos y tranquilos. No cenamos por miedo a llevarnos otra decepción
