Gran Hotel Las Caldas by Blau Hotels

We had a reservation at the great Las Caldas hotel, the facilities were very good but the service does not correspond to a five-star hotel, at the entrance to the spring spa area which is direct access to the hotel, there is no area to leave the car and being able to lower the luggage, Thermal spring area, one of the pools the cold water, the day before did not happen, it can be something exceptional and in the pool above all the hammocks full of bathrobes without being able to lie down since there is no control or surveillance by no one, there is only one person responsible for guiding and explaining to all the people who access that area, not to mention that the same person is in charge of the column room experience, so we started late than the reserved time , quick explanation, they left us alone without any surveillance, after a while the boy appeared and left us some fruits and some chocolates in a room, he disappeared again, the background music stopped, come on, it doesn't correspond to the service you pay for. SHAMEFUL. We took half board, breakfast was quite acceptable, dinner the first night was good and the second night I don't know what problem there would be in the kitchen, we waited 35 minutes until they brought us the first dish and between the main course and dessert 15 to 20 minutes , all the people around were in the same situation. Not even counting the Aquaxana area, if you want peace and tranquility you won't find children running through the areas and overcrowding, it looks like a summer hotel area, not a spa. Not to mention the people who go from the four-star hotel to the five-star hotel as if they were on a tourist route. It is not easy to change the bathrobe if it is wet, you have to keep calling, instead of changing it in the area before entering the aquaxana or spring. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone if you're looking for peace and quiet. Total disappointment.

Fatal, para los que no conozcan este hotel hace unos años, antes el Spa Aquaxana cerraba a las 23:00, ahora a las 21:00. El encanto de estar de noche lo han eliminado, y apenas da tiempo a salir a ver los alrededores y volver al Spa. No lo recomiendo hasta que no cambie la dirección esto.

Balneario precioso, habitaciones amplias y tranquilo. El desayuno es espectacular con una gran variedad y calidad y el Salón de los espejos maravilloso. El precio para ser agosto caro. Los albornoces son nuevos y de gran calidad. Han actualizado las televisiones y ahora se puede ver Netflix .En cuanto a los colchones son firmes ( me gusta que sean firmes) igual en exceso y tendrían q ser un poco más adaptables

Excelente hotel para desconectar y conocer Asturias. Situado en un entorno idílico, cuanta con unas instalaciones de primera calidad. El personal es muy atento y te hacen sentir como en casa. Nos encantó el balneario y las rutas por la zona

Tras un precioso paseo por los alrededores del Gran hotel Las Caldas hemos comido en su restaurante Scanda. Extraordinario salón con la temperatura ideal, atención inmejorable y cocina de primer nivel: croquetas de jamón ibérico, anchoas Hazas de Lastres, verdinas con marisco y fabada. Merece resaltar también los postres.

Un sitio espectacular para desconectar y descansar, cuidado y limpio, la ubicación inmejorable y el personal super atentos. Las habitaciones del gran hotel son espectaculares y su spa un regalo para los sentidos. La zona nueva arquitectónicamente es un espectáculo, pero con el mismo encanto.

Gracias por hacerme sentir como en casa.Solicite una habitación con vistas a la parte trasera en el Hotel Blue y me asignaron una del Gran Hotel.Agradecidisima por el gran detalle. Mención especial a la Srta.Rosa de Aquaxana por su excelente atención y sonrisa. Es mi hotel preferido y espero volver en breve.
