We had a great stay at the hotel and the staff and manager could not have been more helpful to our supercar tour group. The food was excellent for our final group dinner of the tour which was held in the beautiful dining room, and all our guests felt the rooms all very comfortable. The parking garage under the hotel is a bit steep but most of our cars went in ok you just need to take your time and the couple we were worried about were kindly allowed to stay in front of the hotel by the excellent manager. Thanks to the whole team from Alan & Sharon @GTTourz

Great food and hospitality, the staff was very helpful. Great selection of wines, and perfect breakfast. Lots of sports activities, nearby a very interesting golf course. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Excellent and well designed hotel and rooms. The quiet location and the relaxing are worth a visit. Staff very friendly, excellent connection by bus to Oviedo. Breakfast outstanding. We enjoyed the very much the dinner(goat) in the hotel restaurant

Very nice atmosphere and outstanding service. The rooms were very well equipped and nicely decorated. Excellent facilities at the spa center and beautiful surroundings! Definitely a place to come back!

IMPOSIBLE CONTACTAR. Había visitado este hotel en dos ocasiones en los últimos 8 años. Me quedaron impresiones buenas y no tan buenas sobre el mismo. Ahora intento hacer una reserva para unas fechas próximas. Tenemos un bono regalo para dos noches. Habré llamado por tfno más de diez veces, y a distintos números. Imposible contactar con ellos. He enviado dos Mails. No hay contestación. No sé entiende. Si todo el servicio es a este nivel...

It is worth staying at the hotel ☆☆☆☆, a wonderful day for couples, the hotel is well located in an environment that is a paradise near Oviedo, and Aquaxana, which is the Spa, highly recommended, the best I have seen , indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, showers, outdoor solarium, heated beds..... everything was great, what we liked least was the mattress in the room that was quite worn, and the room needs a change, with the M.P., you have dinner and breakfast worth enjoying.

Every time I go it is wonderful, clean hotel, friendly staff, highlighting Manu's attention that makes you feel at home. Very good breakfast, very quiet, the gardens very well maintained. The aquaxa has improved since we were there in November.

They have everything going for them: location, facilities and staff. But it is not understood that in "half board", with a dinner menu of €90 per couple, they charge for two coffees, two bottles of Mahou and even a bottle of water. It's certainly the first time it's happened to us.

Great weekend at Gran Hotel de Las Caldas...great facilities, comfort and tranquility, great restaurant service both in the Viator restaurant and in the hotel itself with special mention to the breakfast in the hall of mirrors...the facilities of the Royal Spa and Aquaxana very comfortable, clean, and even on the weekend, without stress... excellent attention at all times from the staff, from reception, room service and English Bar, with special thanks to Fernando and Manuel from the management team , for your disposition and professionalism...without a doubt highly recommended, we will return for sure...thank you for everything
