My review here is for the restaurant only as we did not stay at the auberge. Fine selection of classic Gers dishes with excellent foie gras, cote échine de porc, fresh fish, and a fine list of mostly local wines. The service was excellent. Special thanks to Iness and Karim for providing first-classs service and a warm welcome. Give those 2 a raise! We would recommend this restaurant to any visitors to the area and will definitely return ourselves.

The hotel is easy to find in a small village with a lovely view of a large chateau. There is ample free car parking. The staff are lovely and speak excellent English. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The restaurant serves excellent food at a reasonable price and there is plenty of choice. Breakfast is very good as well. We enjoyed a lovely walk around the chateau after dinner.

Lovely location to rest from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Due to issues at airport unfortunately arrived too late at 20:00 being informed the kitchen was closed for dinner which I booked for 19:30. Disappointed the kitchen closed so early, but we where offered a salad which was nice and we appreciated their effort but unfortunately not keen on duck gizzard which was added to the salad. Staff lovely.

Restaurant à deux pas de la cité fortifiée. Belle terrasse, et accueil sympathique. Malgré deux groupes assez nombreux, le déjeuner a été servi assez rapidement. La cuisine est de bonne qualité, et les prix sont maîtrisés. Beaucoup de spécialités gersoises. Un bon établissement bien tenu.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour de 4 nuits. Literie très confortable. Accueil tres sympathique, très serviable sans être intrusif. Tout le personnel est souriant et à l'écoute des besoins parfois specifiques des clients même la personne du ménage très attentive. Bref très contentes

Agréable restaurant tout près de la cité fortifiée. Différents menus (de 20 à 45 euros) et une carte très complète permettent à chacun de trouver de quoi bien se restaurer. Les plats sont copieux et goûteux, le service est d'excellent niveau. A tester sans problème.

Nous avions réservé pour déjeuner le 4 août après avoir consulté les avis sur plusieurs sites (élogieux dans 95%). Et nous avons constaté par nous-mêmes la réalité de ces avis. La serveuse nous accueille en nous proposant de nous installer sur une table à notre convenance. Pour faire son choix, il y a la carte et 4 menus de 20 à 45 €. Nous avons opté pour le menu à 25 € avec un bon vin au verre (Harmonie du Domaine de Pellehaut). Nous avons été servis après une courte attente. La cuisine finement préparée dans cette auberge est remarquable. De l'entrée au dessert, tout était parfait. Nous avons commencé par une terrine campagnarde puis apprécié la belle portion de poisson du jour (lieu noir) bien présentée avec riz et légumes. Les desserts étaient divins (moelleux au chocolat noir sorbet mangue et croustade aux pommes à l'Armagnac glace vanille). Nous avons terminé le repas par un café. Ravis par ce déjeuner en terrasse ombragée dans un cadre champêtre avec vue sur les remparts de la cité fortifiée, nous n'avons que des compliments à adresser à toute l'équipe pour son attachement à satisfaire la clientèle.
