OMG where do I start? A FANTASTIC little hotel just off the beach on a side street slap bang in the centre of Larnaca in the Finikoudes beach area and in Larnaca's old town. Absolutely, frigging, marvellously fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, the hotel super clean, the room huge and also, surprisingly SUPER CLEAN. It was absolutely spotless - whoever they have hired to clean the rooms does outstanding work. If I could bring them back to the UK to clean my own home, then well, how great would that be? There is fast Wi-fi, modern bathrooms with superb power showers and the room, for the budget prices it offers, has a wonderful selection of milk, tea and coffee. However, what is most surprisingly of all is the superb, efficient and excellent customer service provided by the manageress named Nadia. Not only is she one of the most pleasant hotel staff members I have ever come across but she is astute, assertive and extremely efficient, having helped me sort through a few hotel and non-hotel travel arrangements without hesitation. This excellent customer service, coupled with a bright, modern, fresh, efficient and superbly clean (almost hospital clean) hotel, confirms that Hai hotel IS my number one place to stay every time I visit Cyprus. Without question. Without hesitation. I will certainly be returning next year and look forward to staying in one of its wonderful rooms and dealing with their wonderful staff. Well done Hai Hotel and thank you Nadia!

Excellent bfast .everything i can think of was served. best bacon I eat in ages 😋 fresh fruits as well . . Room ever so clean . Comfortable bed with topper on the mattress as well . Functional air con . Polite n friendly staff . This hotel deserve 5 🌟 is a 💎 .2 min from the beach. Full of shops around .direct bus to airport 🛫 . Nothing but wonderful time I had there . To be honest for the price we paid for it was one of the best hotels under 100$.. very nice and clean.. breakfast it was perfect .. as well what got our attention and impressed us is that in the room there was one use toothbrush with toothpaste and shaving set plus some extras for each guest that you don't find even in a 5 stars hotel that you pay over 500$ per night.. and thats in cheapest room plus has ropes and slippers.. there is no pool facility but u cant have it all trust me..

The perfect hotel for the religious Jew. The amenities were basic, but the service was very good and the location is right next to the chabad and they have minyans every day. Also there is a very helpful tour office down the block where you can rent bikes and also get guided tours. All in all, I had a very good experience at this hotel.

I was very pleased with staying there. I can't say one bad word about about the hotel. Very nice staff, nice place, beautiful swimming pool, good prices at the bar for refreshment, cozy outside area for eating. If somebody like me, likes cats, that would be perfect hotel for them as there are locally cared street cats close by in a green area, which keeps rats and bugs away.

We stayed at this hotel over the summer, and it was a fantastic experience. Theodora was our host, and she went above and beyond, making sure we were well taken care of every day. Big thanks to Theodora! The place itself was wonderful. Our family loved every moment of it. The view from our room, especially during sunset by the pool, was just breathtaking. The kids had a blast with the playground and the pool, which kept them entertained. The food was not only great but also delicious, and every member of the staff was friendly and welcoming. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Great hotel by the sea. Not all rooms have a balcony, refrigerator, hairdryer, kettle. The hotel is not dilapidated yet. Fresh and pleasant.
It is very convenient to take bus 425 from Larnaca Airport. The price of this trip is 1.50 Euros.
It is best to have a room with a sea view, because on the other hand, all rooms face the road.
Disadvantage: There is a room directly above the restaurant. We know that because of this, the kitchen opens the window while cooking. Therefore, the room smells and has no smell, that is, the kitchen smells. It is very difficult to close the balcony door, otherwise the smell of the kitchen in the room will increase. Ask for rooms as far away from the kitchen as possible.
We are obsolete-in March (2020). They eat breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is good, but dinner is a la carte, you have to choose a dish from the menu. These are mainly fast food. Maybe the seasonal dinner and breakfast are also buffets. I don't know the designation.

we came family ( 4 double rooms) where all are adults. the hotel is beutyfull , freshy and stylish one. all facilities are wonderfull and breakfast is very good. all hotel stuff were very welcoming and gave us service way above expectations. the hotel has a nice private beach and that is great. the only problem is that the beach ***** around the hotel (not the hotel beache itself ) is not well maintained and need much nurturing . near the hotel across the street there are grocery and nice coffee restaurant. other restaurants are walking distance. we ejoyed the stay very much.

The hotel is located by the sea and has its own exclusive beach. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful, but unfortunately it is not possible to swim in winter. There is also an indoor swimming pool. The hotel's breakfast buffet was rich and the staff was very friendly. The only problem is that the room is not very soundproof.

Construction next door last for a year or more already.
Breakfast menu does not have any “health” food at all. Staff does not know what “porridge” or “hot oatmeal is”.

GGuest UserBrilliant hotel. Very unique decor (urban graffiti) mixed with modern aesthetic. Nice big rooms, nice balcony and 10 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was included (good mix of hot and cold food, pastries, was sometimes a little cold) nice staff and even had one of the guys make me a pizza when I arrived late and he was about to finish his shift.

JJiudianxiaojiangHygiene: The floor drain in the bathroom is clogged, the drainage is not timely, the sanitary ware is very dirty, there are many water stains, and the stainless steel has large rust spots.
Facilities: The gym facilities are very good, and the swimming pool is perfect, but there are no charging adapters for travelers, especially Asians. As a star hotel it should not be.

MMiN52774The hotel was super clean and neat, that was great. The hotel staff was helpful. But the location was not so good, no shops around, and the beach was more far on foot than expected. No shampoo nor toothbrush were provided, but there is no place to buy them aroumd, so you need to be prepared.
I choose this hotel to catch the early flight, since this hotel is close to the airport. So I asked the hotel to book a taxi. But the taxi charged me the fixed price of €20 for 5 minute drive. I should have stayed a hotel close to the city center and catch a meter taxi.

My room was very spacious, the kitchen are has a lot of amenities, the garden is spacious with places to sit and washing lines and there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower one with a shower inside the bath. It's a great location and a lovely place. The caretaker is also very kind

GGuest UserThis is a budget, but clean and comfy place to stay. They give you a code for the door and a code for your room, you do not get a card key. My room, which had an ensuite shower room, was adequate and led down into the small courtyard cum seating and chill out area where there's an honest box for use of the drinks machine. There was also a fridge. I initially booked for 10 nights, but needed to extended to 12 nights. They honoured my request to keep the same room. I would recommend, and I would use again if in Larnaca for a significant amount of time.

Мой check in прошел идеально (предварительно, за пару дней до заселения, задал уточняющие вопросы по бесплатному по телефону с сайта). Англоговорящий менеджер быстро нашел моё бронирование и прислал в what'sapp инструкцию по заселению. То есть, если за два дня до даты приезда вы не получили на почту такую инструкцию - не стесняйтесь звонить через сайт, а потом общайтесь в what'sapp: отвечают быстро.
Комната (у меня была N1) в идеальном состоянии, лоджия тоже, кондиционер работал прекрасно. Ванная и туалет общие на пять комнат, но проблем в этом не вижу. Всюду чисто, туалетная бумага, мыло и прочее - в наличии.
Большая кухня с овальным столом посередине, посуда на любой вкус, газовая плита, микроволновка, тостер, холодильник. Там же стиральная машина, утюг с гладильной доской.
Ну, и соседи оказались вполне приятными людьми!
Check out в 11. У меня вылет поздним вечером: в аэропорту сидеть около 10 часов неохота, на улице с рюкзаком в жару - то ещё удовольствие... Мне беспроблемно разрешили остаться в лобби, там удобные диваны, не жарко.
В общем, за эти скромные деньги - вполне приличное жилье. Кому на одну-две ночи - рекомендую!

Never felt the need to complain about a hotel stay up until now. We stayed with Onisillos Hotel from March 9th to the 11th and it was well and truly the worst experience ive ever had staying at a hotel. The windowsill in bathroom was vile, rotten and falling apart. Loose tiles in all parts of the room on floor and walls. We had to request to have the hot water turned on in our room for a shower and then the manager pressured us into having a shower quickly so he could turn it back off again. He kept complaining that every time the expensive part from the boiler breaks when people shower, he needs to order the part from Italy and will bill the customers for this. On the Friday morning we showered and then left our room for breakfast and to go and have a swim in the beach, when we came back to our room, we asked for the hot water to be turned back on so we could wash and get changed for the evening. The manager at first denied us having a second shower until I said we'd been in the sea and I need a shower to wash off the sand and salt... I was disgusted by him even denying us a shower when we were paying guests. The shower itself was broken and not fixed to the wall, had low pressure and the water was lukewarm at best even when boiler was supposedly turned on. Our TV had a Greek plug with a UK plug socket on the wall so we were unable to use the television. When we addressed this with the manager, he asked if we could speak Greek as this is the only language on local TV so don't worry about the TV if we cannot. Room was filthy under the beds/tables and we found mess under every bed including a water bottle in the bottom of the sofa bed with an expiry date from 2 years ago! Had to hand in our key when we went out in the evening which I've never had to do at any hotel I've ever stayed at. Hotel was generally old and dilapidated. All in all would avoid staying here. Awful.
